'Choices have consequences': Can you sue if an unvaccinated person gives you COVID-19? | National Post

You can sue someone who gives you HIV why not COVID-19

Interesting read. The difference between HIV and Covid would be, as mentioned in the article, provability.

Proving someone purposefully gave you Covid would be harder to prove than say someone who has HIV and they give it to you.

I mean, if someone with Covid coughed on you and you got it, and you could prove you got it from them, then sure, sue the fucker. But proving it would be hard.

So in this case, unfortunately, no, you can't sue.

Sue turdOWE. If he had acted in Canada's bets interests he would have banned all flights from Asia at the first mention of the virus. Instead he did what his commie masters dictated and let it get a firm foothold in Canada.

If you are vaccinated and I'm not but we're both adhering to the health protocols and you somehow get infected by me, then ipso facto that should tell you that masks are bullshit and we've been bullshitted about them for 18 months now.

Also that the vaccine, as they like to call it is ineffective and therefore worthless.

I don't see how you can prove where you got the virus. When I got covid in January, I had absolutely no idea which lowlife gave it to me. If I had known, we would have had words.

But what I see happening is stuff like MLSE announcing yesterday. In order to attend any event at ACC or any MLSE property, you require proof of vaccination or negative covid test. I expect this to be the new normal. Eventually it will be so much of a pain to those choosing not to be vaccinated that they will stay home or give in. Choices do have consequences and the choice to not get vaccinated has the consequence of restricted movements without covid tests. Having had those for travel (required to get back into Canada) I personally would pass on the test if I could.

Northern Ontario,
The phone app that installed itself on my Iphone, that tells you you were in close proximity with someone who tested positive for the virus works with bluetooth which on my phone has a range of about 50 t0 60 feet, a range that would give you a lot of false positives on city streets.
I deleted it!

Never installed itself on my iPhone. What is the actual name of it?
