Another "conservative" promoting government regulation of private businesses.
I hate it when people say they are private companies so they can do whatever they like.
The likes of Facebook and Twitter should be bastions of free speech. It should be their very nature as forums for discussion for them to be so.
All universities in the UK, unlike many of those elsewhere in Europe and the USA, are independent bodies free from government control, like Twitter and Facebook, but it doesn't mean speech and opinions should be regulated in them. By their nature, they should be bastions of free speech and opposing views.
Well sorry you're too stupid to understand English.
If there is a truly open playing field then they should not have removed Parler or Gab from Google or Apple stores.
Google and Apple removed Parler and Gab from their app stores.. cutting off revenue. however they allow other objectionable content to thrive on their networks.. these two companies have a monopoly to access app stores.. which they shouldn't
Your second sentence is factually true.

Soon Twitter and Facebook won't be as relevant as they are now.. particularly after the mass exodus of huge advertising companies..
Facebook just lost one of the biggest advertisers in the world for the rest of 2020
Following Unilever's announcement, Coca-Cola said it would suspend its social media advertising globally.www.nbcnews.com
Just to point out that Google, Apple and anyone else dealing with Parler hadn't really a choice but to shut it down.
Sure there were wackadoodles using their server for their content, but they're still a business and when it got out that you could get the app from their stores and find the seditionists on their server, the backlash from the REST of the populace of America would have retaliated by not supporting their stores, buying from them, etc.
And considering there were more non-seditionists than seditionists... they made the better choice. Plus who knows what legal issues might have come up if they had kept their apps and servers available to Parler.
Same people use Twitter and Facedbook.. their apps haven't been pull..
Cut the fukking crap.
Here y'go.Where can I get an Antifa bumper sticker or T Shirt?

Well the liberals, despite their misnomer of a name, are not very tolerant and are of a rather authoritarian nature. This attack on Free Speech is all from the Leftist, from Big Tech, AOC, and now Nancy Pelosi any lawmaker who "Incited" the riots..
