Of course those numbers are based ONLY on the known cases and not those who are infected but asymptomatic and never tested. Assuredly the death rate is rather lower all around.
Also for comparison, the Spanish flu killed off 0.48% - 0.81% of the US population. Covid has killed less than 0.1% of the US population, to date.

Is it because they just spent the last few months convincing everyone he was a racist?

Just last week cops in the US shot and killed a 15 year old White kid who was doing armed robberies. BLM even got in on the act protesting the shooting. But is there a media circus over it? Nope. Maybe ask yourself why and then ask yourself just how reliable the MSM really is.
If you look at what the MSM DIDN'T cover on Joe Biden, or the Democrats or Harris, it's pretty obvious the MSM stole the election for the Democrats.

IMO the Democrat election campaign was odd in how Bernie Sanders drops out after winning the early primaries. Then Biden doesn't leave home for almost the entire election and when he does no one shows up. The rest is history now. Make a movie based on the story line and you've got a blockbuster hit.
