If the maintainer of a DNS Blacklist has in the past received spam of any kind from a specific domain name, that server would be "blacklisted" and all messages sent from it would be either flagged or rejected from all sites that use that specific list.

Glad Trump has officially been recognized as the Loser he is.

Sad people even here in Canada can't agree with the reality of things.

Also sad that Biden will likely not do any of the things needed to Fix the US; he might do the bare minimum, but nothing more. Oh well.
