It has never happened to swing the decision but ...Do you know of a single case where the Electoral College's decision hasn't coincided with the voters? If you do I'll CONCEDE that Trump shouldn't concede!

My understanding was they were investigating Russian interference prior to the election and not Russian involvement in the election itself. Fake Facebook and Twitter handles and such. That seemed a bit weak myself. I also don't know why the Russians bothered. Hillary was the candidate.
They were investigating both, but particularly if Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election, they are still investigating the Trump part by taking the Mueller report to the supreme court to look into the redacted part.

Yes for one good reason. Trump make it clear (to me) right from the get go he was going to stir up shit if he didn't win, so I'm sure the scrutineers for Biden made very bloody sure there would be no issues in case of an investigation. It's not rocket science!
