Our Prime Minister says social distancing no longer matters if you are protesting American policing . Dr. Bonny Henry went out for a restaurant dinner last night . Social distancing is no longer in vogue.

Social distancing and eating in a restaurant are not always mutually exclusive.

We shall soon see if there is a spike in corona virus cases in a few weeks in the U S and southern Canada!

I would guess in the U.S. more so than Canada and much higher in eastern Canada than in the west!

The regional health unit in my area says there are six people in hospital as of this moment with suspected Wuhan flu. 500,000 people reside in this area. The data says there is nothing to fear.

I'm not convinced about that. If someone coughs or sneezes in my face I'd rather be wearing a mask than not!

You get some protection but if someone with COVID sneezes in your face, unless you have covered your eyes with a shield somehow, you will be getting COVID. Masks do not protect your eyes which is why they don't completely protect you. If the other person was wearing a mask (properly) that sneeze would likely not reach you and you would be safe.

There has already been an increase in COVID cases in the past 3-4 days, after the number of new cases had been declining since mid April. By next week, it should be interesting to see if the numbers continue to rise.
