does anyone see a black person in this picture. I just watched about 30 seconds of video of it on CBC and I don't think I saw one black face.

Nobody in government seems to be listening tio this but they ought to.
When people serve on our side in a war they have always been rewarded with some sort of citizenship benefits.
If some foreign alien is in one of our cities taking care of old people or helping out in any way they should become Canadians in return for their good works.
