Do you really think so? I don't think it HAS to be that way, as long as we can stick with the basic and the second system being optional. It would just allow those who can afford it to go on to the private system (when it suits them) and TAKE PRESSURE OFF the conventional system and shorten the line for the rest of us who are waiting six months to a year or more for things like voluntary treatment. Make sense? I think so.

In SK we have private services funded by SK Health. surgical centers, MRI, fizzy oh, etc. It takes about 4-7 days for a nonemergency MRI. It used to be 6 months.
