Tennessee Pastor Who Repeatedly Raped Daughter, 14, Gets Light Sentence Because Jesus

Nothing says “good Christian man” like rape and incest: Tennessee Pastor David Richards received a light sentence after being convicted of repeatedly raping his 14-year-old daughter.

In a despicable miscarriage of justice, Judge Steven Sword sentenced Pastor Richards to only 12 years in prison for repeatedly raping his 14-year-old daughter over the course of several years. In court, prosecutors argued the severity and heinous nature of the crimes deserved a minimum of 72 years in prison, but Judge Steven Sword felt otherwise.

Judge Sword, showing sympathy and empathy for the rapist, while minimizing the human suffering caused by Pastor Richards, cited the “good work” the rapist and incestuous pedophile had done in the community in an attempt to justify the light sentence.

During sentencing, Judge Sword praised Pastor Richards’ longtime ministry and the support he still receives from his congregation as mitigating factors. Judge Sword also praised Pastor Richards for leading a Bible study while incarcerated.

Earlier this year a jury found Pastor Richards guilty on nine felony counts, including rape, incest and sexual battery by an authority figure.

According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, the Tennessee pastor raped and sexually abused his daughter Amber Richards for two years beginning when she was 14.

Amber Richards gave a moving victim statement Thursday, saying:

I wanted to throw my body away. Not a day goes by that I don’t, in some way, think of what he did to me.

Castration and 15 years hard labor

You were probalby joking on this, but I would agree that anyone who commits such a sexual offence should not be allowed out before accepting castration (whether gonadectomy or oophorectomy) followed by at leat one year of therapy followed by the recommendation for release of at least two specialists.

Should he refuse castration, then he'd be welcome to spend at the rest of his life in prison engaging in economically-productive labour. The choice would be his to make.

NO, I wasn't joking.

I once knew a coyote that raped a 12 year old.

My friend was part of the group of illegals and he tried to stop him.

He was severely hurt, and he called on me.

I raced down to Oceanside, CA and when I entered the house everyone scattered.

My friend was picked up and flown to LA in a private plane to a local hospital.

The coyote, ran back to Mexico. He is now dead and rotting in hell.

Castration followed by 15 years of hard labour? That could work too, the important thing being that he be castrated before release, and even then only after therapy and the recommendation of specialists.

If you persist in linking the firing of Trudeau with that monster Trump, you'll end up driving a lot of us into voting Liberal. Trump is mostly reviled in Canada, despite the limited, little circle-jerks that a half dozen of you participate in on here. Trump is an extremely negative symbol of everything that is going wrong in democracy in general and if you want to achieve the desired results of firing Trudeau, you should stop using that meme. Don't give us a Trump-or-Trudeau choice or you'll find that Trump loses.

I'm damned sure that Andrew Scheer will not associate himself with Trump in any way unless he wants to end up fourth, behind the Greens.

Don't know where the hatred from Trump comes from; I do know where it comes from in Trudeau. One actually is proud to be an American and is doing what he can for American; the other abhors Canadians calling them racist and openly states how he admires China. For me, it's pretty clear who I revile!

Maybe a lot of the Anti-Trump Canadians are primarily anti-American?.....JMHO

He's only 'proud to be American' because it's the greatest Con act of his life to be that way. As for doing what he can... wow, just... wow. If what he's doing is 'doing what he can FOR America' I'd hate to see what he'd do if he hated it even just a little.

I don't think calling some Canadian's racist is actually wrong, because there are some racist Canadian's out there.

I dislike his 'admiration of China' bit too, but I do get what he was trying to get to. His speech is none too good.

Glad you revile Trump though, least that's sensible.

How is it possible to not know where the Trump hatred comes from?

That indicates an incredible thickness.

The Trump hatred is generated by false, misleading and out of context news articles generated by a DNC controled news media and party faithful that can't understand why they lost the election even after stuffing balot boxes and paying foreigners to make false stories about Trump.

Where the "thickness" lies is in people who totally believe everything the vast majority of media, who incidentally, show partial clips that totally misrepresent what is said and then the DNC repeating and, of course vice versa. They don't apologize when they're wrong and some are even sued for blatant lying and misinformation.

Just heard a clip of a speech that Joe Biden had and then a speech that JFK had made and they are EXACTLY the same. Joe can't even write a speech?? Apparently this is not unusual for Joe as he has plagiarized speeches previously but you won't hear anything about it on most of the MSM,

At least when Trump was elected everyone knew what they were getting and voted for him anyway likely because he wasn't a politician. I know that Trump is an egotist, a braggadocio etc, but at least he shows his true colors; not like most politicians who spew niceties and make promises and then once elected do sweet dick!! And until there is definitive proof that he's done some illegal things while President, I say that he's doing pretty good. Does that make him a person I would want to know? Highly unlikely but I wouldn't want to know most of the others who oppose him either. They have no integrity and are just as selfish if not more so that Trump.

The bottom line is at least Trump has accomplishments in the 2+ years despite what has been happening and he continues to fight to keep the promises he made during his election campaign. Again, you don't hear any of his accomplishments on the MSM.

You have your thoughts about him, and I have mine and both are legitimate. To name call (which is what the left tend to do) you have just exposed to us that you can't tolerate an opposing view. Just keep with the name calling if it makes you feel good.

As compared to the false, misleading and out of context news articles generated by the Republicans and right wing/right leaning news networks and it's party faithful?

I know why they lost the election, because Hillary is a dipstick who shouldn't have been running in the first place. I never liked the woman and if someone decent had run for the Republicans, I would be happy they won.

They got Trump instead.

Now the US is reaping what it's sewn and it's sad. The current USA is not like the USA of when I was a kid, when it actually meant something.

I blame Trump for destroying that more than any other president in the history of the country.
