Courts do not prove a person innocent, only not guilty, so it shows the WORD game Mueller is trying to play here.

Mueller reiterates that his probe could not clear Trump of obstruction
Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, in his first remarks since completing the Russia probe, said that charging a sitting president would be unconstitutional and suggested that only Congress could "formally accuse the president of wrongdoing." House Democrats said Mueller still needs to testify to Congress despite his reluctance. Mueller said he would not go beyond his report in testimony.

Mueller speaks in formal tones / words.......using negatives in his verbiage negatives. One can see how the Trumpians would misinterpret his words to mean what they want them to mean. It is also obvious that his hands were tied..

And the left still has plenty of salt left over from Hillary's loss!
Meuller says Trump's not innocent but his position protects him from prosecution until he loses it. Trump is going to jail but not until his Presidency is done.

From what I understand is that Mueller said that there is some signs of intent to obstruct, but they fall short to be prosecutable

Actually, Twin Moose is correct in what he says about the Mueller report. But then Mueller had to muddy the waters by his innuendo when he spoke to the media. It was a disgusting display but apparently he had to ensure his masters were comforted by what he said that wasn't in the report. It was his role to find if there was criminality and he did not find any; at least that's what was in his report - something along the line of "insufficient" evidence. Guess that should take anyone off the hook, never mind the President.

And it isn't in his purview to "exonerate" anyone. No prosecutor can "exonerate" One is either guilty or not. The presumption Congress is making is totally the opposite of what the law grants - innocent until proven guilty - not guilty until proven innocent which is what Congress is stating and based only on supposition and innuendo. Pretty sick really. Better get this cleaned up cuz it could happen to anyone (and likely has) simply because someone "believes" that a person is guilty without having to prove it.

No, what Meuller said is that one cannot prosecute a sitting President.

WASHINGTON – In his first public comments on the Russia investigation, special counsel Robert Mueller pointedly refused to clear President Donald Trump of criminal wrongdoing but said charging him with obstruction was "not an option" because of Justice Department policy against prosecuting a sitting president.

"The Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing," Mueller said, describing the department's rationale for why a president cannot be prosecuted. He did not directly identify that process, but he was referring to the daunting political exercise of impeachment.

He didn't say that the case is weak. He said that it was the wrong process to press charges.
