What "extra" carbon cash for Saskatchewan are you referring to? Aside from Ralph Goodale who isn't going to run again, the Liberals federally get no seats from Saskatchewan and haven't in a long long time. When Ralph walks away they'll get nothing Seat-wise from Sask.
Trudeau sure spent a lot of time here hoping to get noticed by FNs.

MAY: Colder than normal temps will continue to dominate
Dr. Doug Gillham
Meteorologist

Our spring forecast highlighted several storylines for the season. Before looking ahead to the month of May, here is a quick recap and evaluation of the spring forecast so far.
First, we highlighted a “furious finish to winter." That part of the forecast verified very well – actually too well. Not only did we have frigid weather from coast to coast during the first two weeks of March, but parts of Canada are still seeing wintry weather deep into spring.

SEE ALSO: 2X Faster - More flooding, rapid sea level rise in Canada

We then highlighted a “strong start to spring” for the second half of March and into early April. That worked out very well across Western Canada where the pattern reversal was dramatic. However, from the Great Lakes to Atlantic Canada, that part of the forecast failed. We did snap out of the frigid pattern by mid-March, but no one would describe what followed as a strong start to spring.

Our spring forcast also discussed the heightened threat for spring flooding...

So, what's you're saying is that out'a the money they're taking taking from us and the crumbs from that they're giving back to us in rebates that we're suppose to be grateful for...Sask is getting a few more crumbs out'a the loaf the Liberals are taking away from the province? Forgive me for being underwhelmed at their generosity.

Dead?

Somebody said "the death of one diminishes us all"............................................

or words to that effect.....................................

but I did not know Carlin was dead..................................

I had stopped listening as he got crabby and did not notice when his voice fell silent..............................
You failed to mention they he was a lair, if he wasn't then that leaves the loco collective as the liars that also want admiration because of it, or is that 'in-spite of, you are part of the corrupt world he talked about.

Death bed confessions don't have to be funny. Why is he the only man to make one??

He got wiser as he got older, how much laughter do you get in a corrupt world. I'll also wager he was happier than anybody from the loco collective which shows it is better to be alive for a brief time that remain in a self-induced coma your whole life.

He would have found humor in that, there is no laughter where there are many bodies, unless it is only psychopaths that are gathered.

Carlin's time had come, he was out of date. I remember back when I was a young feller he came up with 7 words that were taboo for use by the media. Today they are not only in use but they are perfectly acceptable! :)

Nice but how does it relate to climate change?

From what we can see of it, it appears to be a reasonable sized clear cut and not adjacent to any stream. As long as you replace what you remove and preferably in the same watershed!

In regards to "climate change", climate change has been an ongoing thing since climate first got started. The burning question now is how long is this trend that the world has supposedly been in for the past 10 years supposed to last? Is there a chance we are (if we are) suffering some short term pain for long term gain? Are the "experts" really smarter than Mother Nature?
