The word "only" is often used very inappropriately. Nearly every law, tax, activity or incident has more than one consequence; often several both desirable and not. Declaring there's "only" one is usually completely untrue.

And the only use for locks is to stop non-white career criminals, because everybody who isn't a non-white career criminal is a Boy Scout. That's all. There is no middle ground.
