Testing a steel container by taking it up to 25,000 feet in order to drop it would certainly be original. How far would it drop before terminal velocity was reached? If this really happened it sounds like a publicity stunt dreamed up by the junior trainee in an advertising company. No real engineer would admit to having anything to do with such a ridiculous "test."
