It used to piss us right off when the Quebec Separatistes used that exact same argument to justify their lingustic purity laws. When Quebec Anglos objected to Bill 22, the response was "Well, you wouldn't want us to break the law, would you?"

According to the agreement aren't they suppose to seek asylum in the first country they enter? Mexico is 1st when travelling North from central America isn't it? I have no problem if the process is followed and enter legally no need to separate families longer than confirming the info on the permit.
