Here in Canada we got a journalist who is in court because he refused to give the cops the his "Source" of information. In Canada we have special courthouses built and special prison facilities as part of the prison structure itself. (One Stop Shopping). During some Aboriginal trials out West, they used this as a reasoning for opening these Justice Department buildings. They were again used for some Biker trials. I think there are 2 or 4 of them built around the country,

In America, they can put you on a "Kill List" and/or with the NDAA they can arrest you, deny access to a lawyer and it is illegal for anybody to even talk about the incident.

No. He was arrested for, allegedly, "breaching the peace" outside a court - despite the fact he was stood there quetly and alone and causing no disruption whatsoever.
