They could have modified it........or tweaked it.........but Trump does not have the smarts to figure out how to improveit Trump would just rather throw out the baby with the bathwater......... if it means having HIS (and Israel ' s way)

We'll do that. A 25% tariff on softwood lumber and car parts might be a good start.
That 25% tariff on softwood lumber hasn't had the desired effect on those nasty Canadian lumberjacks and Jills after two horrendous hurricanes back-to-back kicked the shyte out of the American heartland. Demand is higher than Oregon can supply so, that 25% tariff ends up being a tax on Americans who are re-building their homes. It didn't work.

The current price doesn't matter... Add on whatever tariff or duty you like and it's still the consumer in the nation of destination that pays the price whether it's a direct cost or restriction of the supply of the goods/commodities.
