It's a learning experience for the Putz, anyway, Sleepy, he now knows where Ecuador is and has also learned the connection to the Equator. Some people just love to LOOK stupid because it's the only way they are ever looked at.

Tsawassen band has figured out what Japanese and Chinese and Koreans already know- that you can still be you even though you have acquired skills that will let you thrive in modern society!
As for the others- the ones lost in the bush- drinking, drugging, fighting, hurting those they should be closest to- they are lost and what they want need not be taken seriously because addicts do not know what they want- other than to expand their addiction and that aint helping!

Almighty Voice was hungry- govt was trying to compel natives to start growing their own food- raising cows and ect- and not succeeding and Voice was hungry- and shot a cow belonging to a white farmer. The people in his village knew there would be trouble and some people shunned him- and some people enjoyed th beef he gave them.
RCMP came looking and Voice chose not to go quietly- he grabbed his gun and wounded one cop and killed another and fled- so now instead of some inconvenient jail time and maybe a fine- he is a wanted killer!
Voice was eventually cornered in a copse of trees and from his hiding spot he killed and wounded a couple more RCMP- so the cops backed off and the army came forward with a cannon and disposed of Almighty Voice!
And there is the lesson for today: you do not have to love white people. You do not have to love the life of a clerk in a store. It is known- even among white people that living on the land in summer can be more pleasant than sweating in some over priced apartment!
But here is the point: the 21st century is with us- regardless of what we whant or how we feel! Billions of people have swallowed hard and made their peace with this fact!
Sadly- some others- too spoiled, to foolish, to drugged or too drunk to recognize truth and reality, are trying to reverse life on this planet
The delusions of the Luddites who want to destroy technology that permits millions of people to live decently are being fed by utterly selfish LIE-berals who pretend that they can give drugged up addicts what they are dreaming of!

Tsawassen band recognized that they needed to find a new way- and that they were close enough top the big city to take advantage of it so they took the bold step and dumped the idea of a traditional reserve!
Will it work for them? WE certainly hope so!
A very rough survey of news headlines seems to suggest that not too many of those Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women came from Tsawassen.
WE do not hear about floods ravaging Tsawassen nor do we hear about epidemics of suicide their either!
There seems not to be multiple reports of violence there either!
IN short- my previous statement that natives seem to do rther better when in closer proximity to a white city stands as valid!
