Gangsters armed with a firearm beat up a man's wife then try attempted homicide by running her over with a motor vehicle so he fires two warning shots with his pistol, one of the gangster try to raise their firearm at him so he tries to wrestle the firearm from their hands but in doing so discharges his pistol in the tussle killing one of the gangsters.

By the grace of the Creator the man's son opted to not unload his hunting rifle into the vehicle killing all the gangsters.

The 3 survivors owe the Universe for saving their lives.

What I want to know is why did he get charged with anything while the ones trying to rob him have not been charged with anything? Was it because they are Indian?

They got full immunity in exchange for their testimony.
Can't imagine why the Crown needed to make a deal like that.

The game is to get a conviction somehow no matter if justice is served or not.
That is how these bureaucarps judge success.

It doesn't cost blacks anything to shoot other blacks
;)
when the guns are stolen and the bullets are too.

Gee that one black broad ( on Youtube the other day) shot a black guy ON VIDEO and all she got charged with so far is trying to ditch the gun.

Gerald Stanley to pay $3,900 and receive 10-year ban on gun ownership for improper firearm storage | CBC News

Roughly the same as it costs to hunt a bear.

You really can't stop being an arsehole, can you?

Stanley was minding his own business on his own property when it was invaded by armed marauders, who attempted to rob him and attacked his wife.

Had it been me, they all would have had to consider themselves lucky to have left the property alive after the latter incident.

As it was, Boushie was killed in a freak accident.

And I'm not shedding any tears.

And I don't care if they were white, brown, red, or orange with magenta stripes.

Can we get someone to look up the instance in Sask. where two First Nations people shot and killed a man and his wife some 5 years ago or so, while they were stealing something from the couples farm. If this rumour is true, then make sure that it is mentioned each time someone brings this topic we are discussing today. Seems fair.

Well said. Have we heard about any charges laid against the other 3 First Nations in the vehicle, who we are told were stealing from other farms? It is amazing that the RCMP can charge the farmer for dangerous storage of a fire arm, but omit that first nations were stealing. It must be that the RCMP know that the judges are told not to give any sentences that would hurt the First Nations people's feelings, so why charge them. By doing so, would this not let the First Nations people know they can to anything without repercussions? I wonder if all other Canadians should file a HURT FEELINGS REPORT, with Just-in Trudeau and get a million or so compensation.?
