Gotta make sure to protect the freedom of the mentally disturbed, terrorists and the spoilt grown brats, the means to wipe out the armies of kindergarteners, young students , teachers, and those veteran home residents. Limiting purchases to 21 years and older is a clear violation, when you can serve in the military at age 18.
I do not think they have the grounds to challenge anything else.

I still have a kid in Grade Nine and I have a girl who just graduated from high school last year.
By the way, my father was forty when I was born. His father was 53 when he was born and my other grandfather was 43 when my mother was born.
