I don't see how it could be any easier to get U.S. veterans' benefits. When I out-processed, I signed a bunch of stuff. Three months later I got a check, and been getting 'em ever since. I still don't know if I signed some kinda disability claim. Never meant to. They just decided I was 10% and started sending the checks.
