He has 72 TD passes to 30 INTs and a career QB rating of 88.9, averaged 178 yds/game passing and 34 yds/game rushing.
Not Hall of Fame material, but certainly qualifies as a "good quarterback."

He has a good first couple of years before defenses adjusted to his unique style. I think you will find that his numbers were in decline and the QB he is now is mediocre at best.
That being said, he probably is good enough talent wise to sit on a bench somewhere as a #2 or #3 QB but no team wants a circus with their reserve players.
They would probably suck the same with him. The issues with the 49ers this year have not been on offense.
I hear the Inuvik Palefaces wanted to try him out, but the deal fell through when his girlfriend tweeted a racist "Eskimo" joke.
