Are you familiar with the story of Maryann Monsef? She came here as a child with her parents back in the early days when the US and Iran were having fun with each other. Despite being born in Iran, her parents listed her birth place as Pakistan or Afghanistan on her entry documents. This is the EXACT reason why thousands of people who thought they were Canadians found themselves being deported, without a hearing of any kind, since Trudeau took office. And yet Monsef is not only still here, she still has her Trudeau appointed cabinet post. [I'm not even suggesting that Monsef is a terrorist symp so don't bother]
But here's the major difference. Those who are affected by DACA aren't, and never were citizens. Nor was there ever any clear path to citizenship through DACA. Trudope is deporting actual citizens, without any sort of hearing, simply because their parents lied decades ago.
