What ice Greenland is shedding at the coasts is being replaced by new snow falls in the interior. All that extra weight will actually speed up the calving all by itself. The calving would cool the nearby water so the moisture in the air already will cool a bit so when it rises when coming ashore it will drop all it's moisture.
If that colder water was to affect weather anyplace it would be the UK and Denmark.
Will the ones on the coast know when to head for higher ground? Will the people inland let the ones on the coast move to higher ground.
Since the ones most affected would be in the South Seas and in the area touched by the tidal wave in '06 so the West and Europe will do nothing and the people will almost all die just because they will get no warning about what is coming.

As for your other examples they are pure nonsense given the fact that if you buy land on high ground it is probably safe - even in Florida. Hawaii, BTW is a particularly poor example, given the fact that the islands are still emerging from the ocean. And I've been to St. Maarten. Most of the island is high above the surrounding water.
