Give Trump a break. Those comments were made when he was an immature 60 year old. He is sooo different now!

Irrelevant. If you haven't figured out yet that Trump is s misogynist, nothing is going to change your mind. If you haven't yet figured out that Trump appeals to racists and their irrational fears, you will continue to support him. Thank Gawd most Americans can see through him and he won't be elected. Even high level Republicans that have so far supported the POS are stepping up and doing the right thing

Spoken like a true Trump fan

Yes, I'm sure today is a difficult day for all Trump fans/apologists
Well I would imagine you are well within your rights to hate the man .

Well, I've always (in theory at least) subscribed to paying attention to the "walk" and ignoring the "talk".
Then you're following the wrong guy. He is 100% bull**** and zero substance.

Trump is done. What the h$ll is he talking about stating 'all' men talk sh$t like he was caught doing with Billy Bush!! I hate to 100% dispute this man, but on this one, simply NO, not everybody talks sh%$t like that. The ones who do, are usually the self service assh%$le that we all like to avoid at any cost, because they are pompous, arrogant braggart. If this does not take him down, the US has become a low class society that needs help.

Consider the alternative being offered and all of a sudden Trump doesn't look so bad. The whole electoral system looks bad. Besides we know for sure Trump will shake things up in government. ANd that is a good thing.

Yes that would definitely be the way to go.
Let's take a close look at this latest debacle:
I don't think people understand men. I think I do.
All men start out obsessed with sex and the female body. They evolve into 4 groups, as follows.
1) Men who overcome this obsession with age.
2) Men who still obsess but don't let on
3) Men who blab about it but don't act on it
4) Men who blab AND act.
Obviously, category 4 is the worst kind. I think Trump falls into the 3rd class.

Now let's think about where this video has been for eleven years, who hung onto it? And how sleazy is it to release it publicly now to influence the outcome of the election?
If this were a court case, chances are that video would not be allowed to be aired.

Let's talk about the Senators and Governors who are demanding to 'dump Trump'. Don't people realize that most of those same Senators and Governors keep the prostitution industry in D.C. thriving? Yet they'll stand up all pious and self-righteous and condemn anyone who gets caught. We've seen this a couple of times over the past few years when men got caught, got divorced, shamed and cast out in the cold. The only real sin is getting caught.
If anyone wants to dispute this, try to remember a few years back when a certain prostitute commented to the effect that she could shock the nation by naming names.

I should have added a 5th category:
5) Men who don't blab, but they act and lie about it.
Bill Clinton would fall into that category.
'But Bill Clinton isn't running for President', you say?
Okay. But neither was Trump when that video was made.

Why oh why can't everybody just forget about 'he said/did this, she said/did that', get focused on what really matters; can he/she get the job done? Haven't we all heard enough about the past?

I think this will be last great foray by the media and political establishment, Republican and Democrat, to rout Trump.

First of all you have to see how anemic the attack is. This decade old private banter is utterly TRIVIAL. It's the kind of repartee you get in locker rooms, frat houses, sports bars, road trips.. work camps and board rooms... where ever some men gather and this group personality takes over. It's full of bluster, bravado and bonding and means NOTHING about the values of the individuals involved.

You saw that in the video when Trump exited the bus and greeted the beautiful and provocatively dressed soap star respectfully, mentioning his wife's name to avoid any ambiguity, as a gentleman. He did not grope her or even pat her butt, he did not proposition her, something Bill Clinton would have likely done. Frankly in comparison Trump is man who resolutely accepts a 'No' from a woman. Bill is a serial rapist who never accepted the word NO

The video means nothing, and all those outraged by this are those solidly in Hillary's camp already.

The timing of this is significant. The Dems knew Wikileaks was posting emails this weekend which showed how beholden Hillary was to Wall Street... calling for self regulation of Wall Street banks and markets, a world with no borders to investment or trade, and a complete contempt for the American people's ability to comprehend the occult ethos of the Free Market, hence the need for a 'private' agenda.

She is every bit as radical a globalist as Bill Clinton.. maybe more so. So they threw this garbage out to distract from the real issues of the campaign. She is spawn of the Goldwater/Reagan/ Bill Clinton/Bush/Obama Neoconservative movement.. founded on elitism, globalism, classic liberal ecomics (free trade, regressive taxation, deregulation, privatization, monetarism), anglo-american imperialism absent any transcendent moral imperative.. that has ruled the world for 50 years and has brought it to tatters.

I don't think its going to work. I think Trump will hold his own in the debate tomorrow. He's no orator and not a debater, he doesn't have the method or tactics for either. He is a promoter and he is a survivor. All he has to avoid is being drawn into the gutter and down the rat hole that Hillary is baiting him into. Maintain the high ground, stick to issues, and don't get in cat fight with Hillary and he'll win the debate in the voters' minds, if not that of the media.

You have to wonder about this wild and desperate tone of the media and establishment. Why worry about Trump if his defeat is inevitable. The truth is their polls show how vulnerable and volatile the political landscape is. They know 70% of the electorate think the nation is going down the wrong path. They know Hillary is indisputably linked to the status quo and and that very path. That's a recipe for an upset.

Nigel Farage, the leader of the Brexit forces in Britain, noted that polls become very unreliable in turbulent times. The old polling landmarks and predictors disappear, new voters come into play, new voting priorities appear, demographic boundaries dissolve. It'll be the same in the U.S. election, and that would consolidate the Brexit vote as a pan Western phenomenon.

I still expect Trump to take 3 or 4 of Rust Belt Battleground States.. Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania.. the Salt of the Earth bellwether states.. Iowa and Hew Hampshire.. North Carolina (helped by Obama's imposition of unigender bathrooms in their schools).. the High Planes.... Arizona and Nevada.. which will given him an Electoral College victory.. prior to Florida coming in with a hair breadths of a decision, one way or the other, late in night.

Victory looms.. if Trump just keeps his cool in this Tempest in Teacup.

Oh, I'm well aware of that I won't cause you distress. That's not the point of making fun of simpletons. You'd understand that if you weren't one

Says the Trump supporter
Not at all I just shudder at the thought of Hillary being elected . Also as a Canadian with no status in the good ole U.S.of A. I really don't support any one . I do however understand why he is the nominee .
Simpleton's like you will never understand that it is not about Trump .

I think he is done. Regardless of the politics, and the lousy other choice, I think he is done. There is absolutely no way he will attract the undecided middle of the road voter particularly if that voter is female. I don't envy America for the next 4 years although I wouldn't really envy them either if Trump had won.

I think it's time people put things in perspective, what normal red blooded man has at times not made remarks about women (unless he's gay) that he didn't really mean in a situation where he thought there was privacy? So he made some "disgusting remarks" (to some hypocrites) 11 years ago. He's come clean admitted guilt and apologized. At least he is not the hypocrite that sleazy Hillary is! He also knows the challenges the country is facing and has a plan to deal with them. I just watched Trump for quite a spell on the noon news & my opinion of him just went up three notches. I'm pretty sure others (normal red blooded men) feel the same. I think in the long run the news of the past 24 hours will drive his popularity up - NOT down! Any limp, useless parasite and drone can talk nice!

Ummmm - did you watch the C.B.C. news at noon? As far as the women are concerned, I think there's quite a few if they are anything like some of the ones I hang out with, will vote for him just because they know he's not timid and some will even switch from supporting Hillary.

No. But I have updates on my phone. His VP and his wife have berated him. And some sort of republican congressman has abandoned him. It will be difficult to defend his position and make any gains with women or middle of the road voters. It's not like this is his first screwup. One can overlook 1 mistake or maybe 2, but how many is he at?

Anyways, that is my opinion. You can have a different one. I will be extremely surprised if he pulls it off.

I am not sure which women those would be. Maybe the ones which get beaten every night and do nothing about it. I guess it is an interesting approach to assume those are a significant demographic of voters.

It will be interesting to watch for sure. One thing I don't wish to see is an election like the one of 2000, where we had to wait for a month before a winner was declared!
