Agree, this is one debate I want to watch. I hope he takes his gloves off and Clinton backs-up and watches him unravel.

It will be interesting for sure. Just hope Donald is smart enough not to rise to any bait. Maybe he should just quietly hammer away at Hillary's hypocrisy and plans to make America strong and avoid any talk of his personal life. If she brings anything up (which she undoubtedly will) he should merely reply "I'm here to talk about the future of the country" and leave it at that. I think IF he can do that he'll do just fine.

I hope he takes the gloves of and Hillary backs up and faints .

Probably won't happen................................."no sense no feeling"

It's funny how this thread had, for the most part, a certain pattern to it that has now suddenly stopped.

Locutus, Eagle Smack, Walter, etc. would post any pro-Trump article or poll they could find
mentalfloss would do the same for Clinton
Neither side paid any attention to the posts of the other
Cliffy posted memes
JLM dropped to his knees every page to shout GO TRUMP GO

Now suddenly the pro-Trump trolls are silent.
JLM and Dave's Mom are bouncing off the rubber room walls
coldstream is just now typing another millennarian screed about Trump's destiny and the salvation of America.

Is Trump's campaign over? There are few things to consider:

For one, this isn't the worst thing Trump has said and it isn't the first time Trump's own party has declared their disgust and come out against him. If there is any voter in America that has only now realized that Trump is a misogynist, then they haven't been paying attention, which is fine, or they're morons, which is likely - this is America we're talking about. Republicans crying foul now are like Captain Renault in Casablanca shocked to find gambling in this establishment.

Trump has had these scandals before, and many have declared his campaign dead, and this isn't the first people have said "this time it's different."

The biggest difference is the time. The elections almost over and though Trump has had time to recover from previous scandals, there's only a month left and more voters are arriving at their final decision.

No, he did not speak of rape at all.

Unless I missed something.

You missed something. If I have to explain why Trump's comments spoke of rape, then we have bigger problem. Which I believe we do, so the reaction to this is all just corroborating evidence.

I find Hillary classifying one half of Trump supporters as "deplorable" a worse comment.

She was just telling it like it is. I hear that's a trait in candidates people admire.

You know the Trump campaign is done like dinner when even his most fervent supporters cease promoting his flawed agenda and feebly try to make it all about Hilary

It will be interesting for sure. Just hope Donald is smart enough not to rise to any bait.

Hehehe... Everything Trump had done so far in this campaign oozes "smart"

Of course it is smart . He went from an outsider with no chance against the best and brightest the GOP had to offer . He spit them out and cast them aside all the while spending a small percentage of the money spent by even one of those candidates PAC's .
Now despite the best efforts of American media , political class and social commentators he is still hanging in there and maintaining a sizable base of support .

The word "scandal" has been aired on the media quite a bit in the past 48 hours. It's a sad day when something said in a private conversation 11 years ago rates as a scandal. Back in the day boys talking dirty behind the out house wasn't exactly big news. People should grow up!

Any reason to keep the news away from WikiLeaks e-mail dump .

Trump still has his loyal base: loons, goons and buffoons.
Some of those for sure , but also a large segment of America that feel abandoned by their government and the representation they have received from their elected officials .

Of course it is smart.

I agree. That's why he's ahead of the most beatable Democratic candidate in the last half century.... wait a minute...

... a large segment of America that feel abandoned by their government and the representation they have received from their elected officials .

A smart politician would have focused on locking up that vote instead of the racists and misogynists vote... but then only the most foolish among us would think the Trump campaign has been smart.
