Re: Saudis and Russia agree oil output freeze, talks with Iran to follow

It was literally a few posts down when he made his thread.

It's an easy mistake, but this one should stay according to forum rules.

It's an easy mistake imagining there is a rule concerning this wanton childishness of yours.

You'll get over the hurt andy.

I don't see this news helping anyone in Canada except the mostly foreign owned oil companies. We will end up paying inflated international prices for gas and we still have no pipelines to get our product to foreign markets.

Re: Saudis and Russia agree oil output freeze, talks with Iran to follow

There may be an uptick, but nowhere near as high as needed to save the oil industry.

An uptick to be sure. The speculators are betting on the price going North (how much?... Who can say?)

In terms of saving the oil industry, this is nothing more than part-and-parcel of the cyclical nature of the sector. That said, the singular threat the oil use globally is based on a replacement energy source and the construction/operation of the necessary infrastructure to make this new source available.

Right now, there is no alternate source that is economically viable, and before you list off wind, solar, geothermal, etc, the reality is that they all must compete economically with existing energy.... Today, you see that falling oil prices have essentially killed (temporarily) any new large cap efforts into alternate sources.

It's a bitter-sweet scenario in terms of advancing new R&D

Why comment to someone who has no clue about conventional?

Russian President Vladimir Putin a real cocksucker was quoted on Monday as telling Germany's Bild newspaper that sanctions "are severely harming Russia", although he also noted a bigger impact from global oil oversupply that is weakening energy prices
Awe gosh, what a bummer.

That faggot in Moscow caved eh? We won another economic war against those cocksucking Soviets. Hooray.
Not really, Putin is opening the door for Iran to increase her production and sale of oil.

You seem a tad upset over Russia, she give you a serious black-eye somewhere in your families past? Not that a gentle compasionate person such as yourself could ever have had any black sheep in the family tree.

40 years later and the lack tissue is still a federal issue...

A group of Siberian entrepreneurs have started selling toilet paper featuring the text of the sanctions imposed against Moscow by the European Union and the United States, local news site NGS Omsk reported.

Are you on the sh-t list waiting for a roll of two?

I just bought a 32 double roll pack and got 50 airmiles.

Don't you worry, those oil prices will rise in March.. funny thing, all the oil refineries are accessed by outside Internet, thus can be hacked..

Or Saudi Arabia can start paying out bribery money, not to be shut down or for code to unlock their systems. ;)

Hollywood hospital held to ransom by hackers

It's a new era, and a new kind of terrorist..

It's truly sad that when the conbot agenda on the economy falls to pieces, they have to pivot to making up terrorists.

Is this what it's finally come to?

The reason why oil is plummeting is because the US figured out how to extract shale oil efficiently and cheaply, thus importing significantly less than before. That excess oil is trying to find a market. "Freezing oil production" reduces income for oil producing countries, like Canada.

Wrong. Its economic warfare over NG pipeline routes. If Assad wins Gazprom gets right of way. If Rebels win and Syria gets Democracy Saudis, Americans, Canadians, Jews, Palestinians, Egypt, Lebanese bust gazprom's EU monopoly and taxpayers get to fund it all through fake climate change taxation scams.
