I was being sarcastic, you poor, hapless turnip.

meh You know extremely little about me and next to nothing about reality. If I were you, I would stick to drinking beer and keep my mouth shut and my fingers off the keyboard. But then wisdom is not a trait you possess, so here you are.
you and cdnbear are an embarrassment to your people

What is worse being atone age people or having technology we don't know how to manage?
Actually the Native peoples were advanced for their time in many cases in fact it is said that
Ben Franklin took many of the six nation principles into account when they drew up the legal
dimensions of the formation of America.
Yes they killed Buffalo but they took what they needed the white man killed damn near all of
them for sport.
Yes they had some crops and they used them and the fishery well too.

We hear the stories of the days of old and sometimes I wonder who the Savages remarks
should be addressed to.
If we had listened to those with the knowledge of the environment we'd be better off.
And for a kicker consider this.

We have planes, trains, automobiles, large container ships and modern technology
And now we are going to pay through the nose to clean up what we destroyed. Mind you I
don't want to go back to lanterns and horses but we need to do this in a better way
The answer does not lie in blame it lies in the ability to have all human interests come together
to solve the problems we all created

If we are talking about what type of society is strictly better for the environment then it's undoubtedly the more spartan one going by history, so in that sense he is absolutely right.

That being said, we are a markedly more peaceful society by the advances we've made as I stated earlier in this thread.

The job now is just to make that sustainable.

Don't much like being told by a white as*hole what a credit or disgrace to our race is.
No worries, T-bones. As the saying goes, just consider the source. It should stay in its basement sucking on its beer and living in its fantasy. I have no idea what colour it is, but it is decidedly sub-human; perhaps it may have the intelligence of troglodytes or black leafs, but even that is being liberal.

Anyways, it is not a surprise that there is a lot of misinformation around. Most of our history has been documented by white people. As humans, we should be aware that whatever colour skin we have, we all have prejudices. =)

That being said, we are a markedly more peaceful society by the advances we've made as I stated earlier in this thread.
You mean we are too busy figuring out how to get the most out of our iPads, Blackberries, Kindles, Macs, PCs, new cars, and stuff to fight much?

Having worked all my life, I have no pity or respect for someone to lazy to work and who expects society as a whole to pick up the tab.....that's what socialism is to it's ideologues.

You make a good point there sleepy.

Trudeau on climate change: ‘Indigenous peoples have known for thousands of years how to care for our planet’ | National Post

Really? Killing the entire neighbors tribe including the babies, took care of the planet? Chasing several hundred Buffalo over a cliff and eating perhaps 10 took care of the planet? My people are just other humans, it appears you did not know that.
C'mon Trudeau, it appears that the title has gone to your head, geez, I am embarrassed!

Aren't the English the indigenous peoples of England.

Looks like Trudeau just complemented Blackleaf.
