As opposed to which other PMs? Martin? The debt at the end of his stint was small? Chretien left a small debt? Mulroney? Trudeau?

Trudeau about $12,000 per person. up from about $2,500.Answer your own question. What was the national debt at the end of each other PMs terms?
My numbers were approximate. I rounded off a bit here and there. A pattern? Yeah, in comparison to the population, government has grown exponentially. The current national debt is more than $1 trillion, but there's a pattern isn't there?

Didn't take Justine too long to break his first promise.
That's what you get for voting for a former part-time drama teacher and snowboard instructor

This is one promise I'm grad he's breaking.![]()
Trudeau about $12,000 per person. up from about $2,500.
Mulroney about $12,000 to about $23,000
Chretien and Martin from about $23,000 to about $22,000 per person
Harper from About $22,000 to about $28,000 per person
Respectively; Trudeau, $290 billion
Mulroney, $600 billion
Chretien/Martin, $700 billion
Harper, $1 trillion
Someone else can do the PMs before those, but not one of these left a small debt.

He hasn't broken that promise. Don't let the title of this thread fool you.
Debt does not equal the size of government. The pattern is a massive increase in debt under conservative governments.
Chances are that he's setting up to alter his promise
Considering the phobia about anything to do with Muslims it probably cost him a few votes. But hey, I bet the promise won a few votes, no?
You rent one, not that hard to figure out. Military ships is another option.Sorry, but Harper did not invent bureaucracy and government.
Problematic is right.
The problem with your idea being that the government does not run cruise ship lines. It would have to convince some private bunch of the efficacy of freeing up a cruise ship the gov't could use.
What Syrian would want to go to an invading country? A vengeful one.

Nice avatar, it shows your swelled head in the right proportion.
