Yes we are acutely aware that conbots don't want to pay for infrastructure.

There is no shortage of infrastructure investment in the west. Do you feel you are getting the shaft?
All I see on my driving around where I live is infrastructure werk. Highways and bridges and schools being built and improved upon supposubly.
Veterans mobilize to ensure Conservatives aren’t re-elected
Few issues dogged the Conservatives in their last mandate more than their handling of the veterans affairs file.
But is the damage from their apparent ham-fisted approach serious enough to further damage to their chances of a fourth term in office — which is already undermined by the Duffy scandal, doubts about their handling of the economy and a back-footed response to the Syrian refugee crisis?
The issue hasn’t captured headlines in the campaign compared with just a year ago. Back then, not a day went by without reports of another young veteran’s suicide and pleas to change the way services and benefits were delivered to veterans, including closing nine Veterans Affairs offices and shuffling vets to Service Canada outlets.
Cadres of angry veterans have mobilized to defeat Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s incumbents. They may not represent all veterans, or even most of them. But they are on a mission to remind voters of the negative impressions created by the Conservatives’ response to complaints that veterans’ concerns were not being addressed.

Michael Coren recently announced in The Toronto Star that he won’t vote Conservative because he’s a Christian. “I will not be voting Conservative at the forthcoming election. Not because I am committed to party politics — far from it — and nor because I am convinced of the righteousness of any particular politicians — I am certainly not — but for one very simple reason. I am a Christian. Yes, I will not be voting Conservative because I am a Christian.”
According to Coren, Being Christian, involves “Stewardship of the environment, care for the poor and marginalized, the pursuit of peace, and personal integrity.”
He said the “Harper government has allowed ideology to triumph over scientific reality and has empowered deniers who are not given table-room elsewhere.” The Conservative platform is “as un-Christian as it is un-Canadian.”

The local campaign in Stephen Harper's Calgary riding was told to remove several "24 hour surveillance" stickers from the Conservative leader's election signs, after a member of the team put them up in an attempt to curb vandalism.
The stickers started popping up on several campaign signs in Harper's Calgary Heritage riding a few days ago.
The small, white-and-black stickers included a graphic of a surveillance camera and the text "24 hour surveillance," giving the impression the signs were constantly being monitored.
