Black Man Vs. White Man Carrying AR-15 Legally

What happens when a white guy walks down the street with a AR-15 versus what happens when a black guy walks down the street with same gun and same laws. I'm in shock!

interesting and scary

The militia is regulated, not the rights of the people. "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Right wingers, Tea Baggers, and Constitutionalists should be enraged because of the criminal conduct of these police.
That is not a gun problem ,it is a race problem .Fortunately our racial divides are not as pronounced as the U.S. here in Canada .

Senior Citizen Successfully Uses Gun To Defend Himself From Home Invaders in Miami

A 77-year-old man used a gun to defend his life against a home invasion crew in Miami, Florida yesterday, and showed that the “Greatest Generation” still has plenty of fight left in them.

One burglar was killed and another hospitalized after a 77-year-old homeowner shot at them at a home in southwest Miami-Dade Monday, officials said.

The shooting happened in the 27000 block of southwest 89th Avenue in Redland, Miami-Dade Police said.

According to police, the burglars had entered the house and shots were fired around 1 p.m.

One burglar was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. The other burglar was also shot in the chest and was taken to Kendall Regional Hospital where he was in critical condition.

The homeowner wasn’t injured.

Neighbors complained that there had been a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood lately, and they have very little at least one thinks that the string of crimes may be at an end because of this senior’s marksmanship.

“I have a feeling this might be the last one because we need to catch the guy, and now somebody died and one injured? I have a feeling this is going to be the last one we have.”

The article claims that this may be a case of “stand your ground” law in action, but that is erroneous.

In-home defensive gun uses such as this one are typically covered under castle doctrine.

The homeowner cooperated with authorities, and no charges are expected.

What about the knives, brass knuckles, chains etc etc etc huh? Huh? Huh?
Do I need to point out that one needs to get really close to kill someone with brass knuckles or a knife, which is not the case with a gun.

And making it harder for "law abiding" people to own firearms would have helped?....How???
How many law-abiding people with a gun would step into a gun fight between bikers and the police?? They would have been arrested along with everyone else.

Why were no innocents injured?
I am not sure how many of the 18 injured or the nine dead were injured, and why does it make a difference. It was a GUN fight with bullets going everywhere in such a melee. Also, do you know how many of those guns were illegal?? With Texas loose gun laws, they were probably all legal. So, does that make it alright??

Just how accurate do you believe a pistol is within what range?

Are you a good shot?
No are you?? It bloody well seems so............ It doesn't matter how accurate or how close one needs to be to kill, does it?? If a bullet can go 20 to 30 feet or 10 feet when bikers face off, they are not all that far apart. I believe this was outside a restaurant

Yes. It does matter how far especially when there is no time to aim.

Have you ever fired a firearm?

So, another one who can't keep up. And the answer is....wait for fit now......the article doesn't say what kind of guns they were and it doesn't really matter, does it?? What matters is, both gangs came armed and they got there with those guns, probably because there were was no valid law against congregating with intent to shoot in a public venue. The police were on hand, so they knew what was going down, but were helpless to stop it until the fight started. Then of course it was too late.
