awwww, thanks.

Actually I like it, I know that's not the popular opinion. I like the diversity.

I'm in North Van, but spent many formative years in Rootin'-Tootin' Newton. I still have many good friends there, although looking back it was an incredibly violent place. Mind you I ran with a pretty wild crowd. And it's grown up a lot since then.

I didn't realize how bad it was until I was in UBC telling people stories about parties I'd been too, or the Newton Inn or things I'd seen and those North Van boys would just be staring at me pop-eyed.

Newton is bad still. Whalley, not so much. Might be the diversity here. Newton hasn't quite got the same amount of diversity for the most part.

I often get that "look" when I tell people where I live. I kind of enjoy it. lol.

Since there are over 35000 different Christian denominations in North America alone, the first thing we will need to do is decide on whose interpretation of the instruction manual we are going to use. You get started with that. I'll be by later to give you a hand

Got me. As far as I'm concerned, Christianity (and Islam and Buddhism and what-have-you) are kinda like Pokemon or Star Trek fandom. A bunch of arbitrary and self-contradictory rules, the interpretation of which produces blazing fights among the believers and head-scratching from sane people.

So if it ain't about ponies, don't ask me.

Have you any ideas on how we can remove arrogance from those involved? Cause they all seem to think they "know" what their god meant and what the true interpretation of the bible is. They all bend over backwards to interpret the manual to reflect what they do.

Where ya live Wally Exchange area?? 👳

I do live in Good Ol' Downtown Whalley. Sorry, wait... it's actually called University District or Central City depending on whom you speak with.
