The lever action is one of the quickest and most effective fighting guns arouind.

Col. Jeff Cooper used to recommend them as a defensive firearm. One story I read was he arrived at a range with his .30-30 just as a group of Secret Service agents were setting up to run a combat course with CAR 15s. They knew who he was, and kidded him about the lever action. He challenged them, saying he could keep up on the course.

He won.

The trick is to load at every opportunity. Anyone can jam rounds into a loading port while on the move.

The guy on the Hill was just stupid, not under armed.

I was forced to ask him why he hated homosexuals so much that he would try and weaponize it.

As you can see, it's easier to just ignore those that make you feel uncomfortable, than to address your own foibles.

No, no. Didn't miss it. But you see I have the capability to not engage someone who I don't want to engage with, lol.

The only person who's ever given me what I think is a good enough reason to put someone on ignore is Gh. I've still never done it, but I can see using it as a cooling off thing because, frankly sometimes people here do tend to piss you off, lol. Still I've not seen him go around announcing who he has on ignore. Don't really expect that I will either.
