So why have we not banned sales or use of ladders as of yet? Sounds like they are no end of trouble.

Ebola patients should be banned from using ladders. From what I've heard you wouldn't want to be underneath one.

"Hello CDC... I just treated the Ebola patient in Dallas and I have a fever now. Is it safe to get on a plane?"

"Sure! Have a swell trip!"

WTF

One wonders why one would even need to ask the question.

Ladder terrorism is reaching new heights.

Most ladders go to work every day and are just sick and tired of people standing on them and trying to climb over them in the corporate food chain. But they don't do anything but grow old and rust. It's the fringe ladders that are the real problem.

We even had to have ladder training at my place of work. Then someone made a joke about the paper towels atop the ladder...then we had a whole day of sensitivity training.

I'm not ure whether or not they were right or wrong. Time will tell.

On another note, I was listening to a virologist on some radio show on Sirius today, he was mocking and condemning the articles that claim the flu is worse than ebola.

So I did just a little digging when I got home...

Don't Believe Everything You Read About Flu DeathsÂ*|Â*Lawrence Solomon

Meanwhile, ebola, although harder to catch, has a mortality rate of 70%. And doesn't care what demographic you're in, or how healthy you are or aren't.

Seems I was right to mock Flossy, not that I actually questioned it.

Honey, when I become hysterical, there won't be any doubt. Lol.
Oh I know, I just saw an opening to mock the resident curmudgeon sniffer, slash ball sniffer, slash smug elitist clown, and took advantage of it.

He doesn't understand simple conversation about ebola, or concerns regarding thereof, isn't hysteria. It's a conversation.

My guess is, he's just upset no one talks to him about stuff.

Yeah it was just a friendly reminder. I believe in sharing my abject fears! Lol

Perhaps if he tried more talking and less C&P? You know, there isn't much that's more condescending than replying to a post with a hyperlink to an article. That happens fairly regularly. Ocean Breeze used to do that a lot too, I found it very arrogant. If you can't be bothered to take the time to actually respond, why bother replying at all.

yeah, so the CDC should have known better and SHE should have known better. The front line seem to be very weak.

Right on both accounts.

SHE was just like Thomas Duncan (The US's patient zero). She had plans to get on a plane and she was going to go.

OMG, you sound hysterical!!! Crazy with fear even.

Oh wait, I'm not Flossy. Sorry.

Carry on, lolz.

If President Barack Obama were a rank-and-file reporter rather than the imperial head honcho overseeing the mainstream media of the day, he’d long ago have been pink-slipped for not recognizing the who, what, where, why, when of that industry that used to validly be called ‘The News’.

...”The chances of an Ebola outbreak here in the United States are extremely low” -President Barack Obama, September 16 in a speech in Atlanta.

Less than one month later, Obama’s predictions were proven fatally wrong.

Within days of this extremely low chances of an Ebola outbreak in America prediction, several Americans have been diagnosed with the virus with innumerable more potentially exposed to it.

...The key thing to understand about this disease is these protocols work,” -Barack Obama on Oct. 15, 2014, in referring to the government’s strategy of identifying, isolating and then monitoring the contacts of people sick with the disease. “We know that because they’ve been used for decades now.” (Huffington Post, Oct. 15, 2014)

Protocols that work and have been used for decades now?

The surrealism of Obama’s Ebola

How many cases does it take to qualify as an "outbreak"? Personally I'd blame Hillary for it! -:)
