guess that leaves the entry wounds...none of them defensive in nature...why would, how could, some dude, even a big dude like mikey there, just stand still for 6 rounds?...hmmm...maybe, maybe he was running towards the cop, perhaps a little high on something that limits the sensation of pain...like I said, these are uncertain times we live in.

There's no way of determing if the wounds were offensive OR defensive. And toxicology tests will show whether he was 'on something'.. although nothing we've seen so far would indicate that he was intoxicated enough to charge head first into a discharging pistol.

As far as I'm concerned the cops aren't shooting enough jibrats.

Isn't that a tad extreme? -:)

My guess is the officer will get off scot free.. be re-instated without penalty or sanction. It's just the way these things pan out unless there's a video or something conclusive.. OTHER than eyewitnesses (all of which are deemed to be unreliable).

That crap doesn't just happen in the U.S. The A$$holes who tasered Robert Dziekanski are still walking the streets in Canada.

The optics are what they are, someone was executed for reasons unfathomable. Someone was troublemaking someone got troubled. Maybe that cop was a roidrager, that's a jibrat in a uniform.http://forums.canadiancontent.net/images/icons/icon7.gif

the entry wounds would likely be on the back side of his right arm if his hands instinctively went up and outwards to 'protect himself'...instead, the autopsy planogram appears he just stood there like an idiot, arms by his side while being shot...somehow I doubt that...even if high on meth or crack.

dead guy was probably charging or moving aggressively toward mr cop and bit the big green wiener as a result when he failed to heed the cops instructions to stop.

I don't really care that much but it seems pretty obvious.

oh sure, and the cop could be a wife-beating child molester as far as I know too, I don't much care...doesn't change the fact of where the rounds hit the big boy.

Isn't the narrative that Brown had his hands up? If that was the case, those entry wounds are in the right place.

If I was sure I was being executed, I'd charge. Anyway the result of this spectacle will I think in the very near future provide further opportunities to question ballistics, forensics, arson general mass unrest. While the third world war gets underway. It's a good thing we had the foresight to distribute the surplus armor, at least someone in government was thinking.

That was the initial narrative but that narrative is coming into question as time goes on.

It won't make a difference IMO.

The initial witnesses accounts haven't heald water from what I have been reading. They also had him facing the other direction and shots in the back. The outstanding question in my mind is why the cop directed 6 shots and missed the abdomen with all of them. This would seem a-typical as a chest shot is what would stop a threat and what the cops are trained to do. Also why 6 are needed when 2 were in the head?

Moving target?

Difficult to tell what lead him to charge.
