The rock chuckers are mostly women and kids. Got the exact international law that says throwing rocks is an offense that is punishable via a bomber full of live bombs? That sort of behavior even has the people in the Ozarks shaking their heads.

Get over yourself.... The only speculation in either case is when/if the responsibility is assessed to an individual(s)... Any 'speculation' as to why or 'what side' did these deeds is sheer blindness.
As far as the rock chuckers are concerned, talk to Hamas regarding the heroes that deploy their arms in schools, houses, mosques etc... Sure, you'd prefer that those that you feel are the wrongdoers simply stand idly by whilst their homes, schools and synagogues are indiscriminately blown to bits.
See, this is where we differ on this specific issue... I, personally don't give a flying fukk who did what to whom or what happened 10 or 10,000 years ago... The only issue here for me is the heinous and reprehensible act by one group to push their women and children into extreme danger, and all for a PR campaign and photo op.
