In the end, do you think that the people who do everything right still shouldn't have access to abortions?

The people who do everything right shouldn't need access to abortions! -:)

Wow, talk about twisting things to an agenda.

Any woman can have sex when ever and where ever she wants with as many men/women she wants. That is her choice. That being said, when she has made that choice, of her own free will, then if she get's pregnant because of the CHOICE that she made, the RESPONSIBLE thing to do is NOT kill the baby, because at that point she is no longer talking about JUST her body but in fact is affecting the very life of another individual.

Where the narcissism comes in, is when a woman uses the excuse that she doesn't want to carry through with the pregnancy because of what changes will be happening to her body. Stretch marks, weight gain, inconvenience, etc.

When the CHOICE is made to have fun, then he, and she SHOULD be thinking about ALL the possible consequences of their actions. Pregnancy is one, and if they are willing to take that chance, then they should be willing to be responsible and follow through.

After you have "pulled the trigger" it's a little late to go "changees", we aren't talking about a game here anymore.

Geez Gerry, that is one of the best posts you've ever written. There may be hope for you yet! -:)

Consensual sex can be had without pregnancies and without abortions.

But when people do have consensual sex and it results in a pregnancy, wanting an abortion doesn't make the woman a narcissist, and her right to her body doesn't disappear.

The discussion of when life begins is really getting stupid. Can anyone give me just one example of life that was previously dead?

Um, wut?

With a disproportionate amount of that 2% distributed in the "i am really dumb" type. And, don't tell me the bell curve doesn't have that demographic.

What makes you think that?

These are the stats for people who use birth control perfectly. Why would the 2 percent be any different than anyone else?

Even if you were right, do you really support the idea that having a baby should be punishment for being stupid? Have you forgotten about the ****s already?

Thank you, you've just proved my point, I think. -:)

Absolutely, it might just not be the most important right! -:)

Now you're just trolling and being pathetic. Not interested in discussing stupidity.

Gerry, I think there may be something lost on you in all these various discussions we have on the forum. You give me the idea that you think differences of opinion is something to make enemies over. I think there is rarely or never a reason to make an enemy of a person whose opinion is different than mine. Having a right to an opinion is or should be one of our basic rights. Now, if someone acted upon an opinion then I could see making an enemy, but definitely over talking points. You accuse people of being murderers, which is pretty strong and very likely in conflict with their opinion which in theory at least is just as valid as yours. Hope you can find some wisdom here.

No law is required and a law would place mothers at risk through delay sorting out the legalities.

Why is it when it comes to Abortion we always trust the hospitals and Doctors.
Yet on many other things we do not.
Kinda odd way of selective thinking.

I trust my mechanic to keep my vehicle in running order; I don't call my MP.
On matters of maternal health, I trust the medical experts; I don't call the Legislature.
Trust the experts, not the axe grinders.

Every bell curve has 2% genius and 2% dumb. In this case, dumb **** too dumb to take a pill, they might as well shove it up their ***( or take it up the ***)

The 70s called and want their talking points back. Appearantly, this is 2014, and a woman's life is not trashed if they have an unplanned child out of wedlock. Daycares, mat leave, no stigma attached to it, etc.
