Possibly. But if you're going to assume that whatever the Crown says is the truth, why bother having trials and such?
She'll get her day in court.

How is that responsive to the question? She'll get her day in court.
Oh, OK. Lock her up, then. A trial would be a waste of time and money. The government would never lie or be mistaken.Avenue R.....right in the thick of the alphabet soup. It makes my neighbourhood in Regina look like Beverley Hills.
What does the Crown have to gain by lying and pressing a false charge? 1st degree charges aren't handed out like lollipops in Canada.

Not that I know of. How bout you? What's your tipple du jour?Have you been drinking whatever it is that Bornruff drinks?

I never saw such outrage pre Zimmerman trial.......Oh, OK. Lock her up, then. A trial would be a waste of time and money. The government would never lie or be mistaken.
Precisely. Zimmerman was clearly guilty, or he would never have been charged.I never saw such outrage pre Zimmerman trial.......
A 35 year old woman in Saskatoon has been charged with first degree murder of a 5 year boy.
Why?
I'm baffled.
Course not that would be a violation of their rights, lynching in the morning and then the trial in the afternoon. Letter of the Law and all of that. This morning its coffee. I only ask because I don't see anyone any calling to avoid a trial and go directly to lynching.
I never saw such outrage pre Zimmerman trial.......
That would be funny if it wasn't in a thread about the murder of a 5 year old.
And found "Not Guilty"............Precisely. Zimmerman was clearly guilty, or he would never have been charged.
Or, rather, what the Crown claims is a murder of a 5 year old.
When was he found guilty of that in court? Or is it just in selective newspapers?Still cheering on the wife beating killer that scammed supporters out of $410,000?
Yeah, but under fairly strict conditions!Or, rather, the jury.
If this woman had killed a child in Britain, she would have been sentenced to die in prison.
In Canada she'll probably be out in five years.
