The words are Tober's own, it's a part of his reply. He's just being really, really sloppy with the quote box.
But it's misleading and I think it should be corrected with an edit.
Ignoring parts that don't fit rants. Considering that this thread is about the topic of women being raped, I can't help but feel that you are the one ignoring parts that don't fit rants, seeing as how you continue to suggest that they're not rapes.

You and I have talked about this in the past. How she dresses or act is irrelevant. No means no. If you got your d ick in her and she says stop it becomes rape if you continue.
The point I make here is just because she can't remember saying yes doesn't make it rape. In fact if she can't remember it might be rape but it can't and shouldn't be prosecuted unless there is evidence she was drugged against her will.

My response isn't knee jerk. All I said is that intoxication in and of itself does not mean rape. You are assuming that we are talking about women too smashed to know what they're doing. I was careful to avoid referring to that extreme a situation. Nor have I accused anybody of crying wolf - I haven't made any accusations of misconduct. You are assuming an extremist situation that I deliberately avoided mentioning. I wanted to see who would stay rooted in common sense and who would go extremist.

Do you see where it says 'posted by gerry'....that implies Gerry posted it. When you post, make sure that only the person's words are in the quote.
The fact that she can't remember doesn't mean she has no right to have it investigated, no matter why she can't remember.

No, I never said that rape isn't rape. I said that every time a woman who has sex is drunk it isn't rape. There is a significant difference between what you are suggesting and what I said.
