I didn't post an out for men.

Yes you did, and here it is.

Now for me if she can describe in detail what happened it would be rape. As soon as she starts saying 'I can't remember' the case is over unless there is some proof she was drugged. These lines are obviously mitigated by the defense posted above.

There's the "but", all a man has to do is follow your above recipe and he get''s a pass.... or at least should get a pass according to you, because the above is not a "legitimate" rape.

In a legitimate rape case I would like to see him shot and castrated then hung as an example. What I don't agree with is a free pass to women based on gender. They have to be responsible for themselves and their actions, not be allowed to call foul based upon regrets or memory loss that was self-inflicted.

and we already know that you have stated that if the woman/girl is drunk and her memory isn't all that great about what happened then it isn't a "legitimate" rape...right?

Quite a large difference between calling somebody a misogynist and a sex-offender. I'm sure you small, narrow mind has trouble grasping that but at least try.

Really

I'd say your accusation is comparable to mine, especially since I work with the public on a one on one basis every day.

It's always entertaining when politically correctness runs completely opposit from our human animal instincts.

It's a perfect recipe for hours of pointless debate.

It is a grey area and very hard to discern what is what when both parties were so intoxicated nobody has a clear memory. In that situation it is a lesson learned the hard way.

Oh please! If she can't remember what happened how does she know? It might be rape and it might not but she has no evidence either way. The lack of memory by self-induced intoxication is her fault, not his. The message needs to be that it is in your best interest not to willingly get to that state of intoxication.

If rubbing tits against a guy is sexual assault, I've been assaulted more times than I can count.

You're assuming women only ever sexually assault men. They assault other women too. It's rare, but it happens.

and here we go.....................................................................

and she shouldn't be dressing like a ****, and she shouldn't be teasing, and she shouldn't be....... and she shouldn't have..........

it's amazing the number of excuses a guy can come up with as to why it's her fault.

why don't you elaborate on that.

Nature itself has made one gender of our race more dominating then the other.

Women can push for equality all they want, the nature of things remain the same.

That is why the responsibility falls onto the dominating genders shoulder.

And that is very politically incorrect.

LOL – emotions sure are getting wrought up quickly. This really is a no-brainer topic, but emotions are quickly driving some people into making extreme assumptions. If a person is semi-conscious or unconscious at the time somebody has sex with them then yes a presumption of sexual assault would arise. But the mere fact of a one person being as drunk or drunker than another does not make either person a rape victim just for having sex. Did you notice how I used all gender neutral words? When you think of it that way it is obvious. I doubt that very many women would want to be considered “rapists” (the old term) if they do something to a semi-conscious unconsenting partner, but some here are quick to want to do that to men.

And:

Misandry /mɪˈsændri/ is thehatred or dislike of boys or men.[1][2] Misandry can be manifested in numerous ways, including sexual discrimination, denigration of men, violence against men, and sexual objectificationof men. (Wiki)

What does that have to do with the issue? What gender are you? The way you want to turn normal men into rapists you are either a male who has surrendered his masculinity or a radical feminist. Which is it, I wonder?

Ok numbnuts....... if you're going to quote me, then quote me, don't be quoting some shyte that I never wrote and attribute it to me.

as for your above bullshyte, I'm not turning "normal men" into rapists. If they don't have consent for sex, then they ARE rapists. I didn't turn them into rapists, they did that all on their own.

You should be careful about tossing accusations like that about. Even on an internet forum there are still libel and slander laws G.

My mind-reading abilities were proven to be all in my head years ago so I'll reckon this is more of an analogy, a metaphor, a gerryphor or gerryanal something or other if you will, rather than anything else but if ya wanna sue the lad, be my guest sir.

I'm not assuming anything, just mentioning my experiences but never mentioned the ball grabbing, or sneaking into the bathroom while I was taking a leak.

I've seen the women assaulting women and men assaulting men. I'm fortunate enough to spend quite a bit of my social life around gays and lesbians.

Drunk is one thing, there are different degrees of drunk, unconscious is a whole different think. Any goomer that would do a chick that was unconscious should have his nads nailed to a stump !

Humans, what animals.
Which make me wonder, if a guy gets super drunk, and wakes up having been ****ed by his buddy, does he get to press charges?

in other words, the professed double standard (by others, not you) isn't a double standard.

Not in that case no. But to say double standards don't exist?
You would have to be very naive, to think that.

There are many cases that we can find double standards,
and that's normal, and acceptable to me. Nature never has been politically correct,
or fair, or balanced, or equal.

I know more is expected from males, it's their duty to perform, the natural way of things has made them that way, as they are the dominating gender.

With that comes more power & responsibility.

I eliminated paragraphs that weren’t worth responding to, I didn’t misquote you. I left your words on the screen. Yeah, I know – pathetic, but your words are all we get to work with.

You’re missing my point. Once again you are ignoring the parts that don’t fit your rant. Read my lips carefully.

Gottit yet? Are y’all a well trained man or a bitter and angry feminist? Are you too embarrassed to answer the gender question?

Talk about false snobbery! They are so lucky to have you. Do they know how lucky they are? Do you tell them that you brag online about hanging out with them? If you really believed in equality it would never occur to you to make such a bigoted statement. What a politically correct social climber.
