Yeah I know your a bleeding heart for this poor little face of a young kid that the media keeps pushing on people...

Not so much a bleeding heart. I just don't see the point of torturing him. He's caught, he's not going anywhere any time soon. Yet you want to torture him until he's dead. All I'm asking is what's the point. Of course, you don't have one. Becasue you are ruled by your emotions, and don't really do a very good job of thinking rationally.

I was over in Afghanistan for a year serving with our troops. I lived on a base, came under fire several times, and left a young family at home. Why? Because it was important to me. But again, you let your emotions get the better of you and decide to insult me as being a sympathizer with the enemy. Whatever buddy.

Made the team as the dude that cleaned all the jock straps?... That must have been some mean kinda debate team you folks had going

Yeah, see what I mean. Difficulty staying on topic...

Who says he was being tortured?.. Did the US gvt admit to such?

Yeah, I didn't think so... So basically, it's your uninformed 'word' that it was being done... Talk about emotionally charged and irational logic.

btw - there's no shame in admitting that you have no argument.

That's all they're left with Boomer when there is no longer an argument

The bleeding hearts don't like to recognize that small bit..... Only in Gitmo are people abused... It's love and harmony all 'round everywhere else

I'm guessing that you were 3rd or 4th string on the ole debate team, eh?

The ol' prog m.o. eh.

Wow... really?

Sure buddy... Keep telling yourself that.

I can't believe he tried that.

And the shadows are right where they're supposed to be.

The foot is casting a sharp shadow- but the arm holing it ain't

You see the arm shadow?

Besides its a Philistine foot- acceptable sub when Mossad can't false flag foreskins...

Oh... it's a Jooo thang.

Nobody said he was being tortured. Let's try to connect the dots here. What I said was that:
- Torture was likely practiced at Guantanamo Bay (as evidenced, for example, by the report of the Interantional Red Cross which said that they were using torture).
- Omar Khadr was at Guantanamo Bay for quite some time
- Confessions extracted under torture are not reliable

and therefore...

I deem Khadr's confession as suspect and would prefer physical evidence. I didn't say he was tortured; I said that given the situation his confession is suspect. Try and keep up.
