now he's partially blind in Max security. big risk. Big expense.

Well, live-and-learn I suppose... I guess that the take-away for Khadr is that he should have followed in his brother's footsteps rather than build IEDs and throw grenades at the medical personnel that were on their way to patch-up the wee lad
