I think Blackleaf beat you to it JLM....
Sorry, it was SLM....
No, not "the poor guy" but poor 'rest of society' should this guy not be clinically diagnosed before he does something even worse. Which, if they just let him out after 16 months, I'd be willing to bet real money that something worse is going to happen. The poor guy needs help, as in being shot in the face.8O
He didn't make himself loopy. The courts could have sent him to a forensics unit but chose not to for some stupid reason.
He should sent for mental health diagnosis immediately. This is not the manifestation of normal teen anger. I'd have very serious concerns about what harm he may do in future.
If the shrink he saw said he was damnngerous, the Courts have f*cked up. Courts have another problem though. Open space in the hoosegow and loonie bin. If there isn't any, what do you do?Because that would be forward thinking and the courts aren't set up to be preventative.
He was already diagnosed, he's bat sh*t crazy as noted by the judge.this guy not be clinically diagnosed before he does something even worse.

He is destined to become a serial killer, they all start with animals and his start was really horrendous!
No room available. He didn't make himself loopy. The courts could have sent him to a forensics unit but chose not to for some stupid reason.
Lock him up with Pickton!
Obviously. Too many pot heads taking up space. No room available.
He will have to kill someone first. There is no way they would put him in a federal prison with a serial killer over this. Im actually surprised he is going away at all - probably more for the vandalism than the dog though. The law tends to value that more. Most people who abuse animals or kill them for nothing get fines or a very light prison term.

That was a little "tongue in cheek".
