That ALL cases of obesity are caused by lack of education or laziness.

Nah, you didn't say that, your list of character flaws had more issues on it than just those two. It's an eye opening little conversation, carry on enlightening the group on the simplicity of the issue.

I recall neither saying the reasons were limited to character flaws or that the issue was simplistic!

Your primary, forefront thoughts said a lot more than your current backpedaling.

I'll have to check back to my primary, forefront thoughts.................back peddling generally involves changes your original statements. I'll look for the changes.

I just checked back through the comments I've made in the past three days. My thinking hasn't changed on any of them. Sorry.

I promise you, I SWEAR to you:

NOBODY IS PAYING ME TO TELL THE TRUTH THAT I LOST ALL THAT WEIGHT ON THE GLUTEN FREE DIET.

TRY IT!!!!

You don't have to convince me, what you did was burn 122500 calories more than you consumed in 6 months in or 680 calories a days or about one pound every 5 days. The food you eat is immaterial, you can do it eating chocolate if you burn 680 cals. a day more than you consume.

What kind of sandwiches do you still eat?

Toast and jam with lots of butter gone now too?

Garlic bread?

Nobody eats a slice of bread with nothing on it.

Petros- I'm going to put in my two bits worth even though there may be posters who disagree with me. I don't think it matters much what you eat, every person agrees better with different foods and that is perfectly acceptable................why eat bread if it makes you sick? Like with me I'd probably puke on a diet of tofu and yogurt. The bottom line is you have to consume less than you burn off. If someone can accomplish that all the power to them. Way back in my 20s I was a fatty for three main reasons, stupidity, laziness and had little knowledge of food. (and drank way too much beer) However I got educated in a hurry and lost 22 lbs. in 2 months. and kept a lot of it off for a long time as I made adjustments my activities. I've had to retweak things a couple of times since due to falling back on my old habit- laziness. (and that includes mental laziness)

Right on....It all boils down to calories in calories out....I lost 60 lbs in one year, and another ten in two weeks by just cutting out salt (sodium).....I eat a bit of everything (in moderation)

I used to say that too..... eat a little, shyte a lot.....
But before I lost the weight I used to be "regular" twice a day....a lot of partly digested food I figure
...
Now taking a dump once a day or once every two days....is normal for me....because everything gets "burned" more efficiently.

Do you want to make money or do you want to be alive to make money?
I want to be alive to spend money.

My point was that your weight-loss programme is totally unmarketable. No pills, no fad diet, no testimonials from D-list celebs, no miracle claims. Just consistency, discipline, and work.

It'll never sell.
