Lets get this straight Fuky- read the Veterans Charter- passed by all 3 parties - unanimous vote- why - 7 Billion in estimated cost in 2005 - those costs would only increase.

Not 1, not 1 Veterans Org has approved of these changes - These are the same changes the UK brought in- Google it to find out how Fuked it was you illiterate Fkhead.

The medical costs of treating injured Soldiers who incurred those injuries in War, and you know sweet fuk all because you are an ffn uninformed idiot, a FFn party hack. Come back when you have at least a simple Fukng idea of WTF the subject is.

A Fukng AF Officer that never saw Fukall during his career.

Fukin Officers always looking after themselves. Not all but you fit the FFn mould.

And do not have the audacity of shoving that Harper PC crap about caring for Soldiers at me. I know better

So Fukhead do not talk to me about the Days of Darkness. Yes I realize by posting this that I am will be up for a time out.

Seriously, I have to chime in with the others on this one, the guy just isn't worth it. He's all attitude with no substance. A puppet.

Seems i was wrong about your ability to discuss.

I presume you would also direct that towards the member who constantly and consistently throws labels, childish names and snide remarks at others, regardless of the vehemence of the posts he's replying to, then has the audacity to whine and complain about being ganged up on?

Not that anyone is but this joker least of all.

Odd I was chatting about manners with Sal and you about trying not to lose it. Then this poster who knows nothing about what Veterans go thru with DVA spouts a party line. Lost it. How the Govt has gutted the Vets with this New Charter of BS.
I will try to do better.

It's not about manners. Well it is, but really it's not. Obviously when it's a more emotionally charged issue, we feel it. It's understandable.

All I'm trying to say is: consider the source.

Three points is a "surge"???

lol

Ridiculous.

I like polls as much as the next guy...but they are silly 2 1/2 years ahead of an election.

I think they're more likely surging the 15 extra seats.

In the first couple years after an election parties lay out their hard changes and do crack downs, the following two years are soft politics to ensure a re-election.

Harper is a Progressive so expect more Social spending and fluff.

3 points is 9% of 33 so, yes, 9% is a surge.

Yes, don't get all mad now Conservatives:

One day, I pretended to be a Conservative just to see what it would be like. By noon, I had developed an ulcer from my constant rages. In traffic, coming home from work, I gave a blind grandmother (visible minority with kerchief) the finger for having slipped and fallen in a crosswalk. Before supper, I had written the PM praising new prisons, omnibus bills, and all new wars on nations beginning with the letter A. At night, I slept on the couch. The next day, I regained my sanity.

You can't be totally horrid; you admire Ted Williams.

I was never a radical in my youth for fear I would become a conservative in my old age - Buckminster Fuller.

I have had to be diligent all my life because I was a radical in my youth when I read that. Whenever I feel conservative thoughts come over me, I take myself out to the wood shed and beat myself about the head with a piece of firewood until I come to my senses.
