Not sure but they aren't separatists as much as they are white supremacists. Section 2.12.1 of their constitution says "We believe in the preservation of Alberta's heritage". Alberta has seen dramatic changes in the last 60 years. I'm not sure what these folks think our "heritage" is but I can take a guess...nudge nudge wink wink.

I was under the distinct impression that many of the members crossed over to the wild rose.

This article says their VP of policy (as of 2009) was a former separatist party member anyway.

Justin is a lightweight with no plan, no clue and no work experience.

Yep, long on talk methinks! -:)

Yeah, Quebec people are superior to Albertans!! Quebec produced all the greatest PM in Canada!!

Albertans should stay in there own province and let Quebec run the the Federal Legislation!! The country will be better of that way.
Albertans should just keep producing oil and send the money to the eastern provinces. But they must not send their Oil to the eastern provinces because its too dirty. They can only send the money from this dirty oil!!
Got it!!

Yeah and two of the lousiest ones too!

One of Pierre Trudeau's saving graces was that he did not pander to these petty provincial potentates who think they run the country.

Any Canadian worth the name holds his patriotism for Canada as a whole, and supports a strong federalist structure to the country as well as economic and cultural nationalism.

I have little time for these separatist morons, whether they come from Quebec or Alberta or wherever. Pierre had a good description of them.. weaklings, pygmies.. incapable of understanding the great vision of the country framed by its founders.

This seems like more of an indication that a comprehensive conception for the country is not an inherited genetic attribute.. at least for Justin.

Justin Trudeau is just a pretty boy playing off his daddy's name..

Such a pretty boy, I don't know if I should “just kiss him.” or “f*ck him." ;)

You're a babbling fool, Boomer. You sound exactly like a Bloc idiot. Also, you do not support me in any way or manner, so STFU with you claiming to support the "east" on your Janitor wage.

...and you're a typical Ontario Liberal Baboon.. the 47%. Piss Off little boy.

Well Trudeau is now saying what he meant was that Harper does not reflect the values that Canadians want.

I agree with Trudeau that Canadians are very stupid voters and they didn't know what they were voting for when they elected a Harper majority.
I am so happy that Trudeau knows exactly what we want and he is going to be a PM and gives all of us exactly what we want. And if we don't know what we want or need, Trudeau will know exactly what we want and need. Whewwwwww, such a relief to finally get a leader!!!

I'm not a fan of Liberals, but I'm not an enemy.. I wonder if he could be a good Prime Minister?? I mean, I wonder if he will re-energize Canada or will be cost Canada??

I'd love to know Justin's views on Alberta oil?

...and his views on Free Trade NAFTA

Here is a video of the actual comments.. it can be read several different ways really.

Hahaha, where have you been? His views on oil, NAFTA, etc etc are whatever it takes to get votes depending on which province he's in. He has a different view on a particular issue in AB than he has in Quebec for instance!!
Like the video, his views will be similar in interpretation!!!

I wouldn't be surprised but separation isn't part of their platform....yet.

One of Pierre Trudeau's saving graces was that he did not pander to these petty provincial potentates who think they run the country.

He said what he meant and he meant what he said (just like Ralph Klein). We need more politicians like that.

It's really no wonder nothing is ever resolved when there are so many fools in la-la land scrutinizing statements for something to manipulate into something that can offend them

These are the actions of an inexperienced politician.... He shoots his mouth off and offends a group and in order to cover-up the gaffe, he says that his message was a ruse to get at Harper.

He's either a liar or a fool.... Or perhaps both

Just like the author of "Fuddle duddle"-:)

If the Libs want western voters they need to nominate Ralph Goodale.

Nope- I have no problem with slamming Harper. Check the Veterans Charter if you are looking for one reason why.
