Do you have any proof that Iran has violated any mandatory parts of the NPT? Do you have any evidence that Iran has violated any of the voluntary additional NPT protocols that they signed?
The countries which threaten the NPT are those countries which have an NPT obligation to reduce and eliminate their nuclear arsenals and instead have continued to research and build new types of nuclear weapons.
US, Russia, China, UK, France
Also countries known to possess nukes and have not signed the NPT:
India, Israel, North Korea and Pakistan.

Iran's nuclear program is by far the most closely monitored program in the world. The antics of Iran's adversaries which constantly accuse Iran of developing nukes without proof and punish Iran for its NPT compliant nuclear program threaten the NPT.
Perhaps you can give me a reason why Iran should continue complying with the NPT? So far their NPT compliance has led to embargoes and punishing sanctions... if they had not signed the NPT, they could have clandestinely developed nukes just like India, Israel, North Korea and Pakistan, who don't face any sanctions or embargoes...

The NPT is a joke. The US is one of the worst offenders. More nukes than you can fit in a small state and will never dismantle any of them guaranteed. Israel is just as bad but at least they didn't sign onto the thing.
My belief is that either everyone can have all the nukes they want or nobody has any. This BS of the US having tons while telling anyone who isn't an ally they can't have them needs to stop. America is not the parent of the world nor the policeman.
We should just gather up all of them but one and send them on a 1 way trip to Pluto. The last one can be used to destroy any machines or equipment used to manufacture the stupid things.

Bomb their nuclear sites and they will retaliate. If Israel bombs Iran's nuclear sites, I would expect Iran to attack israel's nuclear sites. If the US bombs Iran, I would expect Iran to bomb US facilities throughout the region.
So what you are really saying is that you would like to start another war which will likely result in hundreds of thousands if not millions of deaths...

I grew the biggest and longest lasting migraine that one weekend and swore never again to put myself through that nonsense just to get a piece of tail.
Having to listen to that crap then was enough for me to recognize it and immediately go comatose in self defense from having to hear any more of it.

Iran isn't planning to defend themselves with fighters. They have fair sized arsenal of advanced missiles.

9/11 was a competently carried out attack. The resulting war on terror very competently exercised. Getting away with it isn't in the bag by any means. That requires this war with Iran and Russia and China and seventy per cent of the rest of the world backing them. This war happens or Israel ceases to exist. Yes it was a competently carried out attack. Problem is you are placing the blame on the wrong religion although the right part of the world.
Perception is all that matters. The world doesn't operate by narrow Western legalisms. Iran has successfully gamed the system in the opinion of others. So obviously the non-proliferation treaty can be gamed. Thus, there's no reason others can't successfully play the same game.
Btw, Iran isnt in compliance with its disclosure obligations under the NNPT. There are going to be many more nuclear weapons states. I bet that really hurts folks on the left who want a nuclear free world.
