Oh oh, Koko gets proven to be a liar and starts crying again.Dont think I was talking to you anyways.
Got nothing to add then buzz off.
You dont Pown this forum.
It's all on the Canadian govt website, right side, right below maternity leave.
You can find it yourself, lot's of "leaves" that EI and the employer split.
Glad I do my own payroll! lol
So what, are you channeling Durry again? Trying to get in a shot because I asked you a question?Hmmmm, smells like some one farted again.
So what do you charge to do a corporate return?
$800.00 here
I'm ignoring the bear, you seem to want to discuss it.
100% BS. As SLM has just proven...I dont know what kind of bussiness you have but mines a seperate entity to me,I'm a numbered corporation,as an employee of my numbered company I am also entitled to EI,if my company wants to opt in to makeing payments,as I'm the major shareholder,I can make that happen.
It's my corp,I'm the major shareholder, life is good.
I can get EI if I want it by making payments through the company.
As it is my company,I have can have a shareholders meeting with myself and vote on making ei payments, with my lawyer also voting on it.
In ALL SERIOUSNESS, if any of what you are saying that you are doing is true, you'd better pray to God that you never get audited. Because payroll liabilities is one of the few things that shareholders have liability for. Anything owing to the government in fact.
So what, are you channeling Durry again? Trying to get in a shot because I asked you a question?
You can ignore Bear all you want to, although that does not seem to me to be what you are doing.
As to the charge for a T2 it would vary according to size of the corporation and the work involved. Some ledgers are more involved than others, the range could be for as little as a few hundred dollars for a nil return up to 5 or 6 grand.
No, what he's doing is trolling(And lying). He cries about that, a lot.You can ignore Bear all you want to, although that does not seem to me to be what you are doing.
You'd actually have to have a corporation to have her do them anyways...That's why the lawyers and accountants charge the big bucks, the company is a seperate entity,no shot but you obviously wont be doing my taxes in the forseeable future.
Just PM me the info.Pm me if you want the number of mine, you can look it up on the registry and see what my company is all about!
lol!

So in other words, you were lying, as I expected.Decided your too interested in me,maybe tomm, your getting too forsh like.
1*17*** Alberta Ltd.
Have fun! lol!
You're a liar and a troll.I'm a number,not a name.
That's why the lawyers and accountants charge the big bucks, the company is a seperate entity,no shot but you obviously wont be doing my taxes in the forseeable future.
I cant get audited for my company.
The numbered company can get audited,it can also get sued,it has nothing to do with me.
Do you understand that?
You may want to check out what being a seperate entity means. This isnt a small business,it's a full blown corporation with shareholders meetings and who said anything about walking away from the taxman?I know what I understand and I know enough to know that you don't have the faintest grasp of it. First of all, no one has said anything about a lawsuit. Second of all each and every corporation in Canada is required to have, at minimum, one director and, in Canada, directors of a corporation have personal liability under provincial and federal statutes for, amongst other things, payroll liabilities.
Do you honestly expect anyone to believe to that you can just simply walk away from the tax man? Give your head a shake!
With all the payroll I've done over the last few years, and I've done a lot, I've never seen a shareholder on payroll that deducts EI. It just isn't done. And I work predominently, but not exclusively, with CCPCs.
Why? You haven't been able to follow the conversation so far. From this last silly statement, I see nothing has changed.I believe stress leave falls under medical, waiting for bear to get back to me on that.
Ahhhh,I see,you questioned me about stress leave. Why? You haven't been able to follow the conversation so far. From this last silly statement, I see nothing has changed.
Unless while I was offline sleeping than working, unlike you, somehow a miraculous post where I said anything about EI showed up.
I doubt it though. That stuff only happens in your make believe world, troll.
Can you show me where I said it didn't exist?Ahhhh,I see,you questioned me about stress leave.
I was waiting for your snappy comeback after I showed it does exist but your dodging now.
Have you ever known a bullshytter to be brainy enough to prove anything more than he's a bullshytter? I wouldn't even say asshole - because he hasn't brains enough to be that usefulCan you show me where I said it didn't exist?
