Workforce Fairness is releasing a series of videos chronicling left-wing intimidation, including showing up at people’s houses to harass them and their families. We’re pleased to debut the first of the videos here at RedState. The videos document a growing trend in American civic discourse — the use of intimidation against private citizens to punish dissent.

Listen to Media Matters For America and other outlets on the left and they claim they are outraged at Rush Limbaugh for using the word “****.”

They’re OK with it when the left does it. Routinely, conservative activists are targeted for harassment, subject to degrading comments, etc. from the left and they are okay with that. Bill Maher gets invited to keynote Democratic dinners.

Especially when several women were maced by cops even though they had done no wrong. In fact, we posted a video here about it. And it will be recalled that the righties here failed to condemn those cops.

Dissent can well be patriotic. This is something our Founding Fathers believed in very strongly.

Right wing and left wing, both are labels and that is all just labels. The problem is with Rush is this,
The Republicans decided to make him their patron Saint and therefore they are encumbered to defend
him at all cost. The drawback to that is he became influential within the party and became the poster
boy for their cause. Perception is everything. Bill Maher is regarded by Democrats as an entertainer.
As for the labor unions being thugs, wow how did that happen? In the Dirty Thirties and before the
companies used goons to beat the hell out of protesters and low and behold they decided to fight back.
it takes two to tango and that is what has happened.
The problem with some people is that they don't understand that society is an evolving thing. That being
the case, gay marriage, pension laws, medicare, and all other social legislation evolves with time.
Conservatives for some reason see all things as perfect or that appears to be the case because they
don't want change period.
All things change, and instead of engaging others on the most positive way to improve society they
entrench themselves in self righteous platitudes condemning all change as Liberal thought.
Now the left engage in Sacred Cow Syndrome. All things must change except the sacred cows. Anyone
who suggests changes to sacred cows is Conservative, and unworthy to be part of their discussion.
No change period vs change but not sacred cows. Company Goons, vs Rowdy Labour Unions, try
to pick a winner here The difference is like asking someone if they would like to be kicked to death
by someone wearing socks or boots, forgetting they are going to be kicked to death. In my view, both
the so called Right and Left, have a hell of a lot of growing up to do. At some point, society will have to
have a serious discussion but that won't be for a long time yet.

As usual in most things tainted by Rush Limbaugh's opinion and people who hold beliefs similar to his, there is not the slightest shred of evidence in either the article or the video that any of the tactics shown are being conducted by the mysterious "left." Limbaugh and similar right wing spokespersons use the word left to refer to anyone who disagrees with them. It is very similar to the 1950s when anyone who dared to criticize US foreign or domestic policies was called a communist.

Bar Sinister you are right they also unleashed a puppet back then too, his name was
Joe McCarthy. Remember his right hand man during that period of spy and communist
accusations in the fifties, that right hand man Richard Nixon.
