We have convention and treaty regarding criminal laws, with the bulk of the EU. If their case is strong, they have him extradited.I don't know how well it will hold though, at least in other countries, seeing that he wasn't even in the US when this happened. I guess he'll just avoid US soil from here on in and the US will be satisfied by the inconvenience this will cause him. Or alternatively, try to get him tried by the country in which he was when he'd committed these acts based on whatever domestic laws of that country which may apply.
What the hell sort of folk would put their hatred fetsihes before their rights?
Ya, that was my point, thanks for agreeing with me. Now work on it.To what? Your claim that the ISI and Taliban already know who all the CI's are? I'll wait here for that.
Exactly...a link to WHAT? Nothing?
You and mentalfloss apparently. What the hell sort of folk would put their hatred fetsihes before their rights?

All he had to do, was lend aid or information on how to secure the documents in question, to be considered a party to the act.
Maybe.Honestly though, the US is probably hoping he ends up in a Swedish jail for rape. That way they can wash their hands of him, which would save them much headache and money.
How much are you willing to sacrifice for freedom of speech is the real question.
Who do I hate enough to sacrifice my rights for? NOBODY!Ya, that was my point, thank for agreeing with me. Now work on it.
You and mentalfloss apparently.
So you say, now.Who do I hate enough to sacrifice my rights for? NOBODY!
As a defence strategy that seems hopeless — rather like the late Clifford Olson blaming the RCMP for his murder of several young people in B.C. because they didn’t arrest him sooner than they did.
I know, you've made your fluid principles well known. That'll never change.
No thanks, it's not my thang. You need instructions on how to piss up a rope?
I see the analogy more like someone obtaining information on how Olsen could escape from prison (information not in the public interest) then sharing it to allow his escape. That information should have been shared with the prison warden, not the prisoner.
You seem to enjoy pissing all over my and your own rights. No thanks, it's not my thang.
But if I ever do, I'll contact you, the resident expert.
Thanks for the offer though.
