And who cares if it calls for the extermination of Israel, they've been slaughtering Palestinian citizens for decades, what do you think it's going to say about Israel?

Really? Extermination down to the last child? Sort of like a... like a.... hmmmm... like a Final Solution to the "Israeli Problem"?

Hamas armed wing ends truce with Israel

The Qassam brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that they were no longer committed to its de facto ceasefire with Israel in effect since more than two years ago.

"There is no longer any truce with the enemy," said the statement broadcast over a Hamas radio station early on Saturday.

Rockets have been launched from Gaza into Israel and Israeli aircraft have struck targets in the Palestinian territory in the back-and-forth aftermath of deadly attacks a day before in southern Israel.

At least eleven Palestinians have been killed and 30 were injured in the past 24 hours by Israeli air strikes on the Gaza Strip which began on Thursday. Four Israelis have been injured by rockets fired from Gaza.

The casualties are a result of exchanged attacks following a series of deadly assaults by gunmen who targeted two buses, a car and an army vehicle in the area north of Israel's Red Sea resort of Eilat on Thursday.

That title seems misleading

Announcement comes as Israel pounds Gaza for two days with retaliatory air strikes, killing at least 14 Palestinians.

It sounds like Israel ended the truce? Unless there was no truce from Israel to begin with and it was only Hamas holding truce.

Not at all. I implied that while some agencies with in Israel, not Israel, act contrary to Israeli law. As described by written policy. Hamas has a written policy, condoning genocide.

Which do you think is more ethical?

They don't condone genocide. They condone the death of Zionist filth that drop bombs on their people.

Extermination of the extremist-right wing government and any other idiots who believe they can move into occupied territory and displace its inhabitants.

I don't see children included in that.

You sound as spiteful as the Zionists you claim to hate, congrats.

Are you going to hop on one of the hippie boats to Gaza by chance?

Do you know what retaliatory means?

They're retaliated to attack which wasn't confirmed to be from Hamas, in fact Hamas denied any involvement.
Hamas usually admits when they have been involved in a attack against Israel. I pointed out that back in April they admitted to a rocket attack on a school bus, so they don't seem to have a problem hiding any attack they do commit.

Oh it's actually hippies on the ships, not Muslim extremists like many dim witted individuals seem to believe?

I'm not spiteful, more annoyed that people actually support the terrorist actions of Israel.

Hamas has since admitted that a military wing of theirs was responsible. I gather you haven't been keeping up.

Look, it really is sad watching you and mentalfloss flail around like idiots in this thread. Especially since the pro-Israeli/pro-war element have left holes big enough to drive a Bradley through and neither of ya's are smart enough to take advantage of it. It would definitely be to your advantage to let this thread die and try again when ya's both know what the fu ck you're talking about.

Promote, endorse, whatever, still the same thing.

They condone the death of Zionist filth that drop bombs on their people.
So all Jews do that?

Since their use of the word Jew, moreso than Zionist, elliminates any doubt. To anyone with more then one brain cell.

Do you know what retaliatory means?
No he doesn't.

Extermination of the extremist-right wing government and any other idiots who believe they can move into occupied territory and displace its inhabitants.
Israel left Gaza. There are no jews in Gaza.

I don't see children included in that.
Jews can be women and children. They call for all Jews to be killed. Like you do.

Ghazi Hamad, Hamas' deputy foreign minister, denied any connection between Hamas or the people of Gaza with the attacks in southern Israel.

Hamas hasn't taken any responsibility for the attack. Provide a link for that.

Israel fired at the attackers while fleeing into Egypt and killed some Egyptian troops. Now Egypt is pissed at Israel. This lunatic state is very trigger happy.

Hamad also said that Hamas was "surprised" that members of the international community had not condemned Israel for "killing civilians".

In the loosest sense, what they did could qualify as state terrorism. I agree with you that they should not have retaliated - which is not a popular opinion, but I don't think people would have thought badly of Israel had they let this one go.

That said, the Hamas shyte has got to go as well. I can understand if it was like Al-Qaeda where this was some sort of entity that is separate from the state, but the governing party of a state being so open about their jihads over compromise? There needs to be internal reform.

I just read not too long ago that both parties will combine into one by 2012.

I don't know if that's good or bad news, but we'll see.

You're very dense and naive. Of course Israel uses torture this is pretty much a fact.
As far as Israel's supreme court banning torture (like that even means a ****ing thing lol)

The US Supreme Court has held since at least the 1890s that punishments that involved torture are forbidden under the Eighth Amendment.

USA never tortures because of this right? HAHAHAHA.

Listen Sonny, let's get one thing straight right off the bat. Yesterday afternoon I forgot more about current world events, history, and political science than you have ever learned. Or ever will learn.

You are not very bright. I tell you this as a kind of personal favour, as you just might be wondering why no one takes you seriously.......

For example: "pretty much a fact" is about as ridiculous a phrase as one could imagine. Either it is, or it isn't a fact.......a fact is not something of degree......unlike the phrase "you are pretty much an idiot". Idiocy being a state with some variation of degree, the "pretty much" indicates a high degree of idiocy, which in your case, is a fact.

Confused?????

I'm not surprised.

Now, there is no such thing as legal torture in Israel.
There is no such thing as legal torture in the USA.
If you have knowledge of any case of torture in either place, I suggest you alert the proper authorities so they can press charges.

Look at this guy admitting that Israel uses and advocates the illegal use of white phosphorous while at the same time says Israel doesn't commit torture because it's illegal!
Holy ****ing ****.
On top of that, he believes (or pretends to believe to help his argument) that Israel actually attempts to avoid civilian casualties.

White Phosphorus IS NOT ILLEGAL.

Look it up.

Extermination of the extremist-right wing government and any other idiots who believe they can move into occupied territory and displace its inhabitants.

I don't see children included in that.

So....is that because you're stupid.....or is it because you are an apologist for the genocidal lunatics of Hamas........or both?????

Really, reading comprehension is a lost art.

You imply that if it isn't in Israel's 'written policy' then that means that don't do it.

Are you accusing Israel of genocide??

True there is no legal torture , it's illegal when the USA and Israel commit torture. It doesn't matter though, they can commit illegal acts and get away with it, almost on a daily basis.

As far as calling Hamas genocidal, that's just sheer stupidity and lack of cognitive functioning. When you realize how many civilians Israel has killed compared to Hamas you'll recognize why it's such a dumb statement.

Human Rights Watch said its experts in the region had witnessed the use of white phosphorus. Kenneth Roth, the organisation's executive director, added: "This is a chemical compound that burns structures and burns people. It should not be used in populated areas."[32]
Amnesty International said a fact-finding team found "indisputable evidence of the widespread use of white phosphorus" in crowded civilian residential areas of Gaza City and elsewhere in the territory.[33] Donatella Rovera, the head of an Amnesty fact-finding mission to southern Israel and Gaza, said: "Israeli forces used white phosphorus and other weapons supplied by the USA to carry out serious violations of international humanitarian law, including war crimes."[34]

Why do you think Israel lied about the use of white phosphorus you moron?

In the loosest sense, what they did could qualify as state terrorism. I agree with you that they should not have retaliated - which is not a popular opinion, but I don't think people would have thought badly of Israel had they let this one go.

Hamas only should go if the people want them to go. If the people approve of them, they're clearly helping the community and should stay. If they are not popular with the Gazans they should step down for the betterment of Gaza.
I'm unsure of how popular they are in Gaza, I do know there is a lot of propaganda about Hamas that bigot morons love to lap up as actual facts.

And you think because Hamas made murder legal, it's OK?

That's the weakest fallacy.

Your unaccredited plagiarism aside. HRW and Ai have zero credibility.

Why do you think Israel lied about the use white phosphorus you moron?
Who knows, because it certainly isn't illegal.
